What a gem! I decided to be adventurous at the north market and took a stab at this Somali restaurant. I was really impressed by how delicious and well seasoned the food was! It was so good I came back the second day and ate there again! Definitely worth a shot. For the record I had the Somali rice, mild chicken, cabbage and spinach. Loved it!

My order included the somali rice/spicy rice and mango chicken bowl with veggies, and a side of beef sambusa. It has been 3 months since my visit, and I have NOT stopped thinking about the quality, flavors, and savory experience that brought me so much joy. Hoyo's kitchen will be the first food we order on our next visit to Columbus!!!

Incredible food. Visiting town and came to North Market and ended up here and got a bowl with spicy rice, chicken suqaar and safari chicken, chickpeas and spinach with a side of injera bread. Everything tasted delicious, and the service was great too. This was my first time trying Somali food and I definitely will be coming again next time I'm in town.

I had the Goat and the Beef Suqaar, lentils veggies. Salaam! I did not expect Somald food in this place and am glad I chose it! The green chili sauce is plenty spicy I dared not try the red chili sauce. If you're in town looking for some delicious food stop here!
