The gentleman that served me (I think the owner) was absolutely amazing! Very informative of what to pair with what and explained his food. He also seems very proud of his work! Stuffed Cabbage was HUGE and AMAZING with the recommended stew. Saur kraut balls were awesome as well and the perogis were also massive and very good. 10/10 on service and food
Hubert’s never disappoints! I have been going here for several years. I’ve had other pierogies around the Columbus area and none compare to Hubert’s. You are always greeted with a smile when you order. If you want some fantastic food with friendly service, go to Hubert’s!
I was staying at one of the Convention Center hotels, and walked to the North Market to find dinner. I'm so glad that I found this restaurant. The cabbage rolls (as big as a softball),and the perogies would have made for a satisfying comfort food meal. But if you order the special that includes a cabbage roll and two perogies, you also get a generous serving of one of the stews. The super friendly staffer who served me explained I should use the bigos (Polish sauerkraut stew)...
