Went to hilliard location all my life and lived behind it in my childhood home. Always a nostalgic thing for me but went and got it from the Kenny road location on my 30th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. If I lived closer I'd get it every day and be fat as hell ? ? ?

Love Iacono’s! Been going there for many years. We just enjoyed a pie from there and we were talking about how delicious and convenient it was. We purchased the chicken parmigiana and the cheese ravioli with meatballs. NOTHING was seasoned, the mushroom tasted like they came out of the can and we watched them pull the bread out of a package and ball it up in foil.. the food was just not good. The service was excellent! The food was done before the expected time and when we picked up our order the gent was very nice.

This place use to be so good. I purchased a large pizza today. and it was burnt. The crust was also different. It wasn’t flakey. I called the manager, and told him about it. I told him I wasn’t looking for anything. He told me the oven’s were running hot, but they turned them down. I wanted to ask him why wouldn’t they just remake it since they knew about it. However, I didn’t bother. What’s the point. Hate to have a business go an extra step to make a customer happy.

The gluten-free pizza is awesome! Still made in common kitchen so it’s more appropriate for gluten sensitivities not celiac. Super happy they have this option! The service is always very friendly.

Having lived in Columbus for many years, and had pizza at Iacono's many times, I was disappointed on my last visit. Maybe it's a new thing with pizza, but the pizza was dry, as if they had not used enough pizza sauce when they made it. The crust and toppings were tasty, but I like a more saucy pizza. Just FYI - those of you in the know also know that Tommy's Pizza, a staple here in Columbus for many years, is owned by Tommy Iacono, a brother of Iacono's. During a recent visit to Tommy's, I did not notice the dry pizzaa tendency that I've observed at other pizza restaurants of late. But I digress... For sure, Iacono's is a great place to go. Pizza isn't the only offering on their menu. But, I would suggest that you ask for extra sauce on your pizza, or at least ask for a side of pizza sauce to dip your pie into.
