“I typically go later at night (10pm-3am) and we usually get Cheryl. She is by far one of the best waitresses I’ve ever encountered. She’s always so friendly and welcoming, offers suggestions, extras/ add ons, and basically reads your mind and knows what you want before you even know lol. She always makes sure our order is perfect before bringing it and never forgets anything we ask for or order. She is very quick and our food literally comes out piping hot (like blow on it before putting it in your mouth hot). She provides the best service I’ve EVER had at any IHOP. Give the woman a raise because god knows she works her butt off and deserves it!!! Cheryl if you see this- THANK YOU!!!“
“I had the pleasure of having D.J. as my waitress and she was so polite, so professional, and was very attentive. I couldn't have asked for better service. The general manager stopped by my table to see how everything was and was very polite and had a nice conversation as well.
My children love IHOP and this location has such wonderful service and is great to our family.

“Huevos Rancheros is on the menu, but we've gone to several restaurants in southern NM and THEY DON'T HAVE CORN TORTILLAS to even make it with. Not Alamogordo, Artesia, Carlsbad, or Roswell so far. WHY IS IT ON THE MENU if you don't even have the right ingredients?!? In Alamogordo right now and the server just told us they're "out of the stuff to make that". We should have gone to Alamo Grill.“
