Massive drawback is wait times. Location is dead but wait times are still slow. Lack of acknowledgment from staff, I waited at the front desk, creeping up on 10 minutes just to be seated as multiple servers walked out glance at the front and made eye contact with me. This was during lunch time and also no sign of management . Too many locations around to go back to this one.
I am an advisor at Tansky Toyota and had a surprise last week from this amazing location! They came in and gave us an abundant and delicious breakfast of pancakes, bacon, eggs and more! It was awesome to have another business supporting us and giving back! Staff were amazing and selfless! Can't wait to visit this establishment in the future. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I typically go later at night (10pm-3am) and we usually get Cheryl. She is by far one of the best waitresses I’ve ever encountered. She’s always so friendly and welcoming, offers suggestions, extras/ add ons, and basically reads your mind and knows what you want before you even know lol. She always makes sure our order is perfect before bringing it and never forgets anything we ask for or order. She is very quick and our food literally comes out piping hot (like blow on it before putting it in your mouth hot). She provides the best service I’ve EVER had at any IHOP. Give the woman a raise because god knows she works her butt off and deserves it!!! Cheryl if you see this- THANK YOU!!!
