Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

Got seated and Mariana gave us our menu and went to seat everyone else . Took everyone else’s order and put them in the system. Then came over to us to take our order. When the food came out mine was cold and the bacon had hard grease coving it. The sausage was cold and ham was cool. The fruit was hard and all melon and hard. The eggs were cold.
My husband had an omelette and it was nice and hot and the pancakes were hot with one piece of butter on top. The coffee was left over and cold. Worst meal and serve I have ever had.
Told Mariana about my food and she said sorry and walked away to the Manager and they laughed about it and the Manager would not talk to me about any of it she walk out of the restaurant when I came to pay for food I could not eat.
My husband took the bacon, ham and sausage home and my dog would not even eat it..
Very disappointed in management and waiters. Speaking in a differed language thinking I would not understand what they were saying. Laughing about the whole thing . Did not give the 55 year old discount either. Worst serves and food ever!!

Murfreesboro TN has the rudest staff to match the bland food, high prices and long wait time. the coffee never tastes fresh and there is always drama with the staff.

Huevos Rancheros is on the menu, but we've gone to several restaurants in southern NM and THEY DON'T HAVE CORN TORTILLAS to even make it with. Not Alamogordo, Artesia, Carlsbad, or Roswell so far. WHY IS IT ON THE MENU if you don't even have the right ingredients?!? In Alamogordo right now and the server just told us they're "out of the stuff to make that". We should have gone to Alamo Grill.

I was out and about and decided to grab some breakfast at the I-HOP in Ahwatukee, Az off Ray Rd and the I-10. It was very busy but I was seated right away, in a nice bright area where I requested. Its an older building but its very clean and comfortable. Zane was my server and brought coffee right away. They have great coffee! I ordered the spinach mushroom omelet and hashed browns. It was done perfectly with plenty of fillings. The Hollandaise sauce was amazing. Hashed browns were crisp. My server, Zane was pleasant and attentive. I'm so glad I stopped in today. Great experience! 5 Stars♡

Worst service, rude waitress, sat for almost an hour with nothing, didn't get what we ordered, NEVER refilled anything, food undercooked, and waitress argued with manager when we complained...we were there (3 of us) for OVER 2 hours to just have pancakes. We were only 1 of only 3 families in the whole restaurant!! TERRIBLE experience and sorry I paid anything!!!
