They are willing to accommodate the spice level of the dish if you want it spicier and experience more flavors. Most Asian restaurants I been to serve “American spicy” level dishes which in term for me taste as bland as mash potatoes and black pepper gravy. If yall want to expand your tastebuds take my advice.

I had never tried Indian food before we were there for the marathon employees were more than helpful and wouldn't take payment until after I ate dinner because he wasn't going to charge me for it unless I liked the meal...... needless to say that I paid for the meal and made sure that they received a nice tip... awesome job and don't forget to get the garlic nan bread........hope to see you again next year

Lovely dinner at Indian Oven. Had been there before, sporadically over the years. In the past food had always been good but portion sizes were small for a typical Indian restaurant and prices a bit high, so not my first choice. New ownership has breathed a bit of life and now portion sizes and price are good. Service attentive and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful and a bit modern, better ambience than typical Indian restaurants. Perfect for a date. I'll be back!! ****

Exceptional food! The lamb shank was not cooked king enough to fall off the bone but was flavorful! The trio of vegetarian dishes (plate) was phenomenal! I ordered it medium & it was perfect spice level...

Outstanding experience. I have been dining here for over 18 years. I have never been disappointed.

I have been coming for years and they have two of the best dishes in town. The roasted chicken and shrimp pilau.

Waiter took forever & messed up orders. Mixed up our orders. My food was to be mild & another person was to get spicy. Food orders came reversed. Food so spicy I couldn't eat it. Not more than the initial bite. It's a shame because the restaurant has great ambiance but the group of us will never be back.

Have been going to Indian Oven for many many years. It's been a while though. Our dinner was perhaps the best dinner we've had at Indian Oven ever. Every single morsel of food was spot on. Chicken Tikka Masala and Combination Biryani were tasty, tender, and perfectly spiced. The samosas and chutney were so good that we added two additional orders to take home. Truly enjoyed our dinner!!!

Wow! So I questioned whether an Indian restaurant was really even in the convention center food court, but it was! It’s called Fame’s and it is delicious! Their food is made from scratch and it shows. We got the Chicken Makhani, Samosas, Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassi and they were all wonderful! The samosas had the lightest, crispiest crust we have ever had on a samosa and the filling and chutneys were perfect, too. The lassi was spot on and the garlic naan was loaded with garlic and butter; the best I have ever had! Perfect to scoop up the Makhani sauce! They also have breakfast, burgers, fries, and sandwiches. The man who runs it and his staff are very nice and attentive. This was well worth eating at even if you aren’t visiting the convention center for any other reason. He opens at 7:30 and closes when business slows down.

MUST TRY! I had the Chicken Makhani with garlic naan and rice and it was delicious! I couldn’t put my fork down. There was a little bit of spice, and tons of flavor. The service is also very friendly and attentive.

Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. Nothing but great experiences here. Prices were fair.
