If you order for your cookies to be delivered from here, think again, because they may all of a sudden end up lost. It has happened to me twice now. Safe to say I have learned my lesson. Great cookies though, just go pick them up yourself
Didn’t want to leave 1 star because I like these cookies, but their delivery takes 3 hours. I’ve had to cancel my order multiple times because the time keeps getting pushed back. They need to figure out a better delivery system because what they have now is not working.

Do not order for delivery. You will wait hours and never get a driver assigned to you. Maybe they will figure it out at some point and open up for delivery through Uber eats, DoorDash, grubhub, etc.. instead of using their own drivers. Absolute waste of time and you will just end up needing to cancel your order after 3 hours. Has happened to us 4 times in the last 2 months now.

Had a delivery order that was supposed to be ready at 3:30pm and called multiple times just for it to be ready at 12:00am. They forgot my order and when I called and asked they kept saying they were busy. (I called at 4pm, 5pm, 7:30pm, 9:30pm, and 11:30pm) Called late at night for them to say I had to go pick it up even though I payed a delivery fee and tip. Got home, opened my cookies and saw they gave me 8 weirdly shaped cookies instead of the 12 I had ordered. I called and told them what had happened and they said they would cancel my order…which makes no sense because I already paid and picked it up. I asked if they could remake them and they said if I got there in 15 minutes they would. They ended up just adding 4 cookies to my box. Basically my cookies were 9 hours late, I paid an extra $12 on a delivery fee/tip which never got delivered, forgot about my order, refused to look up my order because they were busy, would not remake the cookies, and did not care. I’m a very understanding person and get if you’re busy and it takes extra time but this seemed insane.
