I tend to try and only review places when it's a pleasant experience, this was anything but that. Placed a delivery order at 8 and was told it would arrive by 10. Currently sitting here at 10:46 with no word on the order. Tried to reach out to the store to get an update and possibly even just stop by and pick it up, rang for 8 minutes with no response. If you have the means to bake some cookies at home, that option would probably take less time.

First time trying Insomnia and I am highly disappointed. Nothing special or different in their taste from a basic cookie. The red velvet cookies didn’t taste anything like red velvet. Just a basic chocolate chip cookie with red dye. All these cookies taste the same! The size and taste are NOT worth more than $1 a piece, maybe $2 and not a penny more. I would gladly pay top price for anything worth it but these are just not worth it.

Bought 3 cookies. Two of them were okayish, but the taste has significantly gone down. I used to walk to insomnia at night on 2022 to get their cookies and those used to be awesome. Now they're just a very average tasting over priced cookies.
The sugar cookie was a shame, it was not properly baked. Basically felt like raw, I don't belive it was baked to softness or anything, it was just plain undercooked. Disappointing

Wife and I came for the dog show and needed something sweet, quick. Pick your cookies, pick your ice cream, make a sandwich. I think it took us 3 minutes tops. I got the Dreamweaver ice cream, s'mores flavored with white and milk chocolate chips. Not a big fan of white chocolate, but paired with two, warm Snickerdoodle cookies that was a late night dessert craving satisfied with ease.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a step to get in the front door, not wheelchair accessible
I’ve placed an order on UberEats, waited over two hours without any updates on the delay. I opted to cancel the order - and I was STILL charged to cancel the order. Outrageous and poor service at best. Do not patronize this location.
I was craving insomnia cookies went and got two peanut butter and two peanut butter chocolate chip and was disappointed they was dark and hard . I don’t think I’ll be going back which took me some time to trust them again because I found an hair in one so this has done it for me

Ordered cookies, waited 2.5 hours, called, just to get told that online was down so not only can't i get my cookies but i also can't get a refund. Went online and could literally order another batch of cookies. Sketch af
*Edit* decided to give them another shot, waited another 2 hours. Called and was told "it's too far for our delivery driver and I guess door dash didn't want to pick it up" call me if that's the God damn case. Jesus i wish I could give it 0 stars.
