Update: Order came and everything was great.... albeit cold for the 2 hour wait!! I think every human involved in this process did their best, but the app really left something to be desired.
Ordered through the insomnia cookies app - the order was ultimately never completed as of this review, my high rating is compelled by the customer service of the employee at this location who very kindly spoke to me on the phone and offered me a refund after my order had been sitting for an hour. I took a star off because of the insomnia cookies ordering structure which left my order in limbo.

If you order for your cookies to be delivered from here, think again, because they may all of a sudden end up lost. It has happened to me twice now. Safe to say I have learned my lesson. Great cookies though, just go pick them up yourself

Didn’t want to leave 1 star because I like these cookies, but their delivery takes 3 hours. I’ve had to cancel my order multiple times because the time keeps getting pushed back. They need to figure out a better delivery system because what they have now is not working.
