There was a miscommunication between DoorDash and this store which led to my order not being delivered. Neither DoorDash nor the store manager were willing to make it right. It took me driving to the store for them to agree to make the order for carry out and even then the food took forever and was hard and overcooked.

I love the sweet smell. Not so sweet to make you feel sick but sweet enough to make you crave for those cookies. I love how staff will always communicate how long for a specific order to be out, such as the chocolate chip brownie that will usually take 8 minutes to be ready, which helps you even with getting a coffee outside while you wait. I also would like to emphasize how kind the person that sits in the store (came on a Fri, Sep 6, 1pm) is. Truly makes a difference in seeing people committed to bringing such positive impact around.
Options vary from the types of cookies you’re going to get and the prices are very fair for the quality of the cookies.

So understaffed it is not possible to get your order. Been waiting 30 min. Told it will be another 20. Told we can cancel order. No means to do so. Maybe a great product. We will never know. Would strongly advise against anyone else wasting their time here. The real issue seems to be driven by the door dash orders. They were lined up for pick up and the two young women working could not keep up to process them. The workers were not taking any orders at the counter the 50 minutes we stood waiting. It’s an ownership and management issue.

Not worth it. Got ice cream in-between 2 cookies and the cookies were so hard when I tried to take a bite the ice cream just got crushed and spilled out. $20 for 2 ice cream cookie sandwiches.

Left my food on the floor when asked for hand delivery, as well as phoned in to ensure the order was hand delivered. Was notified by text the cookies were delivered? But I had no cookies in hand? I go outside and the box is on the ground, okay slightly irritated... whatever I have my cookies. Bring them in to eat, open the box and there are ants in the box. Not happy.

The service was horrible. The young lady working (Sunday around 2:30pm) was awful. She was on her personal person the entire time. Asked us to wait so she could finish her conversation. Came out from the back and looked at us and went back to the phone conversation again. Then came out and I said “we’re ready to order.” She had zero personality, didn’t greet us, and appeared to be miserable. The establishment needs more enthusiastic employees, at the least.

We drive quite a ways for these delicious cookies they are the best however tonight the service was poor, the energy of the young lady working there tonight was very disappointing. No greeting, she did not act like she wanted to be there at all, I gave her the order for her to say, “what was it again”we thought we were being pranked. We get 1/2 the order which was no longer hot by the time we received the entire order. As my husband said upon walking in there was no sense of urgency . We literally left our home with a cup of milk with the intention of enjoying them on the ride home, yet the time it took to get our complete order and leave had us regretting we came out, spent $33.50 for something we did not enjoy.

Do not order delivery from here. On top of the fact their tracker is bad, they’re liars about delivery. We never received a call from the driver, who stated he left our order at our front door. That wouldn’t have been possible as there was no way he would have been able to get in the building. Poor work etiquette to be lying to customers.
