I was so excited to try insomnia cookies.. but got treated like an inconvenience. The door was locked, it said they were open online. We waited in the car for a few minutes and someone finally came and unlocked the door. We went inside and ordered two cookies and had some of if not the worst service I’ve ever received anywhere. The girl working didn’t even tell me my total or tell us to enjoy or have a good day when leaving. Super disappointed in the service…

Awful customer service and not a very clean location. No greeting upon arrival plus not a single word during ordering or after. Slammed my order on the counter and stared at me and then told me to shut up when I was leaving.

Corporate customer service is great! Very attentive. We didn’t receive our entire order and they responded promptly to refund me. I’ve gotten catering from them as well and it was fantastic both times!

I came in to the shop around 2AM on 12/13. I was in a desperate situation, first time in Columbus and my phone died so I couldn't Uber to my hotel. The young lady working took the time to ask how i was doing and graciously offered me a charger for my phone and a very kind customer helped me book an Uber while my phone was down. Greatly appreciated, renewed my faith in humanity.

the girl working tonight at around 6-6:30 was SO rude for no reason.. said they were out of chocolate chip cookies which i’m pretty sure was a lie because she just didn’t want to do her job. it’s a tuesday night. come on. i was nice to her and said thank you and left. and then she mumbled something while we were walking out of the door. i saw another review of someone who said they were verbally assaulted by someone and i wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same girl because we had a similar experience. please fire this girl for the love of god

I think the cookie ice cream sandwiches are where it’s at, but didn’t try one. The cookies on their own are ok, we tried the peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter cup cookie. Service was to the point, nothing over the top. Would go back to try a cookie ice cream sandwich if in the mood for such a thing and I was in the immediate area.

We decided to get something sweet before our concert that evening. After parking on a side road and walking around the corner, we got some Insomnia Cookies that were so delicious! No wait and the employee was very informative and helpful during our cookie discussion.
