Do not eat here!!!! We made a reservation for 7:00 PM and were not seated until 8:00 PM. When we spoke to the manager about the delay, she acted as if nothing was wrong and showed no concern. When our food finally arrived, I had specifically ordered my steak well done, yet it came out bloody red. At that point, it was clear that customer service and attention to detail are not priorities here.Horrible service from start to finish. Save your money—this place does not care about its customers.

Went on the 13th tor valentiens day dinner and was disappointed.The filet mignon was not hot when Brought to me, was closer to medium rare when I asked for medium and unfortunately was bland and tasted unseasoned. 4/10 experience and would not go again. Loaded baked potato barely had any cheese, mac n cheese tasted good but noodles were overcooked. Just a mess. To spend $230 at a restaurant for 2 people and the quality to be so low is a shame.

Appetizers were too good. We had steak roll and the chips and queso. Both were highly recommended. Drinks (cocktails and wine)were pretty decent. Entree - steak was brilliant, fried chicken was too good and the salmon was spot on. Price is on the higher side. So please be mindful on that. Service was very good.
Not my first time at J’s, just another great time, food and atmosphere with some friends. I always get the grilled tender pork loin w/ the smash potatoes and not your ordinary mac and cheese!! This time for dessert I got the skillet, though it was good…the carrot cake is really the star of the desserts!!!

My friend and I went to this place for a late birthday dinner. It was both our second time ever going there. This time, though, the service was terrible. Our drinks were not refilled, our waiter was gone most of the time, and to top it off, when they brought out the birthday cake in the end, there were no utensils with it. The whole thing was terrible, to be honest. Never going to this place again.
