Not my first time at J’s, just another great time, food and atmosphere with some friends. I always get the grilled tender pork loin w/ the smash potatoes and not your ordinary mac and cheese!! This time for dessert I got the skillet, though it was good…the carrot cake is really the star of the desserts!!!

My friend and I went to this place for a late birthday dinner. It was both our second time ever going there. This time, though, the service was terrible. Our drinks were not refilled, our waiter was gone most of the time, and to top it off, when they brought out the birthday cake in the end, there were no utensils with it. The whole thing was terrible, to be honest. Never going to this place again.

The macaroni and cheese lives up to its name. The Best Mac & Cheese ever. All the food was delicious. I had a great time with family. My mom loved the salmon. She recommends it as a must try.

Absolute perfection across the board. The steak was the best I've had in ages and absolutely melted in my mouth. And the carrot cake was beyond amazing. I would gladly take a whole sheetcake sized pan of the carrot cake. The deviled eggs were also amazing. 15/10

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here until yesterday. I got the Alex salad and it had bacon on it. I don’t eat pork or beef and threw up once I realized there was bacon on it. Bacon was not listed in the ingredients on the menu. Very disappointed.

What a let down! We came to this location after my friend’s graduation and had a party of 7. We didn’t think this would be an issue since we have came to this exact spot before with larger parties. We walked in and my husband went to check us in, but the hostess went to grab her manager. The manager walks out and tells us that they can’t seat parties larger than 5. So we recommended splitting us up into two parties and sitting at tables near each other but to our surprise the manager told us she wasn’t allowed to “break up parties” even though we recommended splitting up in the first place!? The manager told us it was a new policy where they can’t seat parties larger than 5. The restaurant was far from being crowded. They would rather lose business than accommodate their faithful customers?? Ridiculous! We usually love coming here, but from this encounter it is safe to say we won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
