Small but friendly USO.
Stopped in as ordered by the school house and the front desk lady was welcoming. Nice ambiance overall.

Stranded at airport on Monday night. Flight delayed to Tuesday. Not open on Mondays!!??!!Disappointed. Here with my 2 sons.
Very dedicated individuals who made me feel welcome while I waited on my flight. Always a nice stop for a drink, snacks and good conversation. Thank you to the volunteers.
Enjoyed my time hanging out with Jeff and Joanne. They were so nice and welcoming. Put a puzzle together with Joanne and had an amazing time talking to Jeff while waiting for my parents flight to get in. Next time I'm heading to Columbus I'm going to stop by.
Horrible service and greeting. I was made to feel as if I was a thief for grabbing a package of Combos by an old lady doing a puzzle.
Only had half the menu
Be prepared to leave the terminal and go through TSA again if you'd like to visit
I've been here twice for 2 sons and the people| working the desk are always pleasant. Plenty of snacks and comfortable seating to make the soldiers comfortable while waiting for flights.
Always stocked with friendly staff and lots of treats! A must stop if you have the time!
