The staff was exceptionally rude to my little brother and I. We had rushed to get to their store for the National smoothie day promotion. Came before the deadline and were denied service. One staffer said the promotion was over and ended at 6… it was before 6. Mind you the store closes at 8pm. Another staffer came and said they weren’t doing the promotion at that location. I’m not sure why their stories didn’t line up but, regardless, the way they spoke to us was degrading, quite unbelievable, and just not necessary. I’ve never really encountered bad customer service in this area, let alone had to question if racism was an issue until that experience (we are African American). I hope they don’t treat other customers that way.

I have been going here every single day on my lunch break and always receive the discount that employees who work at the mall receive when you purchase food items. However, the guy who was working the front was telling me that they never do that and that I was lying about it, even despite me showing him my previous receipts to prove it. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me they were available. Not only that, I am literally in my work uniform. Rude as hell, and clearly needs a reality check from his manager. Unbelievable how unprofessional he was. Food is great but customer service was god awful. Single most important part of a customer service job, won’t be returning.

lazy workers. came in at 7 and they close at 8 and they said they werent making anymore bowls at all because they closed in an hour. drove 20 minutes for it thats sad. hire better people that actually want to do their jobs

I have been drinking Jamba Juice on the east coast for at least 15 years. So I was elated when I learned that Jamba Juice is finally in Columbus. Great drink selections (except the Golden Summer Smoothie - disgusting), great/friendly service, and great location in the mall. It would be great if there could be an additional location in Easton as well.
