I don’t know how this place is still in business other than the fact that it’s inside Polaris Mall, where people are either starving or distracted enough to make poor decisions. Because trust me, this was a poor decision.
We ordered their so-called “Strawberry Swirl” — which included oatmeal, chocolate, coconut shavings, and strawberries. Sounds decent, right? Wrong. I’ve made better combinations at home with leftovers and half the effort. It tasted lazy, bland, and completely uninspired. Not fresh. Not flavorful. Not worth a penny.
Then came the mango drink. And let me say this clearly: it didn’t even taste like mango. It was sour, barely sweet, and honestly left a weird aftertaste. For $9 for a tiny cup, I expected at least something that resembled the fruit it claimed to be made of. It wasn’t refreshing — it was insulting.
And as if that wasn’t enough, the “bowl” was $11–$12 for a glorified cup of mush. For that price, you can sit down and eat a full, satisfying meal at a real restaurant — one with actual flavor and customer service that doesn’t treat you like a nuisance.
Speaking of which — the customer service was trash. No warmth, no care, no effort. Just a basic transaction from people who clearly don’t care if you come back (which I won’t).
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It was a complete waste of money, time, and taste buds. Absolutely will not return. I hope people wake up and stop giving this place business just because it's conveniently located in a mall. It doesn’t deserve it.

The staff was exceptionally rude to my little brother and I. We had rushed to get to their store for the National smoothie day promotion. Came before the deadline and were denied service. One staffer said the promotion was over and ended at 6… it was before 6. Mind you the store closes at 8pm. Another staffer came and said they weren’t doing the promotion at that location. I’m not sure why their stories didn’t line up but, regardless, the way they spoke to us was degrading, quite unbelievable, and just not necessary. I’ve never really encountered bad customer service in this area, let alone had to question if racism was an issue until that experience (we are African American). I hope they don’t treat other customers that way.

I have been going here every single day on my lunch break and always receive the discount that employees who work at the mall receive when you purchase food items. However, the guy who was working the front was telling me that they never do that and that I was lying about it, even despite me showing him my previous receipts to prove it. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me they were available. Not only that, I am literally in my work uniform. Rude as hell, and clearly needs a reality check from his manager. Unbelievable how unprofessional he was. Food is great but customer service was god awful. Single most important part of a customer service job, won’t be returning.
