Was in on Sunday, April 28. Order a Beefeater with no mayo, which they rung up correctly on receipt. When order arrived, I had to go back in for the au jus. Ate half of the sandwich, which was fine, bur the other half was slathered in mayonnaise. I looked at my receipt to make sure it said no mayo, and saw that I was also supposed to get a pickle, but did not. The store was not very busy, more attention should have been paid to making everything correctly.

The first place I go to in a restaurant is the bathroom. I get to wash my hands before dinner and understand how clean a restaurant is. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely floral smell as I opened the door. Then, it was clean and appealing to the eyes on upkeep.I then ordered dinner and had the Club Royale chips and pop. I picked up some ice cream. When I was at the table, they were serving my meal. Because the ice cream was melting, I asked the server to leave the serving tray so I could have the ice cream melt on the tray. She obliged.The meal was warm; if you wanted it to be hot, you would most likely ask for the sandwich to be served hot. The only thing I would like to be improved is that you can get ice cream, but there are no toppings.I was there around 5:30 p.m., and not many people were there. I believe the majority of their business is during lunch hour. The meal was enough for an average Eater. If you are a big eater, you might have to order a second sandwich or load up on ice cream.They also have a rewards system, and if you are thinking about being a regular customer, then it is a nice feature to have.

Got the New York Yankee sandwich. Lots of meat, very boring. They put no condiments on it and the cheese wasn't melted.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is available.

FIRST AND LASTWent in to get a corned beef sandwich on St. Patrick's Day. Only two people sitting and eating and am the only one at the counter to order. Order and pay for my food. A group of four come in behind and order a little after I do. I watch the cooks making food and see orders just sitting and waiting. I ask a staff member "how do I get my food?", and I'm told they will bring it to me when it's ready. A few minutes later I am brought someone else's order. That order along with the rest of the made orders is taken to the table of four. My food was never made.Drove around looking for a place that had a good corned beef sandwich and made my way to this establishment only to have my money taken then no food given after waiting 20 minutes. (I did get a refund but I left still very hungry)To not serve you customers when you are visibly not busy, is not only rude but speaks volumes as how your business carries itself.
For me the value was just not there. The all you can eat salad bar is over priced or maybe I just can't eat that much anymore. Doubt we will return. Sorry.

Went through drive thru. Really enjoyed my Italian sandwich. Was excellent with the correct amount of sauce to toppings. Would recommend if you want a good sandwich.
