Alysia was exceptional — professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in providing a great experience. She anticipated our needs, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made everything feel effortless. Her service elevated the entire evening. Jeff Ruby’s is lucky to have her.

Great food, service and atmosphere overall! But, it’s sad that dress code isn’t enforced, the level of class these days is an embarrassment, why get dressed up in a $4,000 custom suit to just have some dude in jeans, vans and a T shirt sits next to you. Pointless, I’m disappointed in this day and age and the lack of enforcement of the dress code. But it’s the world we live in, it’s not the 30’s anymore.

Every time we come to Jeff Ruby’s, it’s a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, the service is on point, and the vibe is just right—elegant but not stuffy.

Jonathan, one of the managers, always goes out of his way to make sure we’re taken care of. He’s super friendly and really makes you feel welcome. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This place has great meats ,sushi and a lot of other things that will melt in your mouth from the ribeye to the bone in to the Collins worth. .wow! Service is top notch ...I'll be back to columbus some day and visit again!

Jeff Ruby’s Columbus is the real deal! The service, food, and atmosphere are top notch! My friends and I go about twice a month and are always blown away when we leave. Jeremy and Cole have always done a phenomenal job making our experience amazing. The food is always so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the Miami sushi roll and petite filet! They truly make this not only a meal, but an amazing experience! Always look forward to our next trip back to our favorite restaurant!

Best steakhouse in Columbus! No steak compares to Jeff Ruby’s filet. Love the mashed potatoes, carrot cake, and butter pie dessert too. Jeremy is amazing and really takes care of us everytime he’s our server! Highly recommend to everyone!!!

Our server Tommy made my brother in laws birthday party absolutely perfect! Everything was great and would highly recommend. If I could give Tommy 10 stars I would!:)

We were part of a larger group this weekend, and had an excellent experience thanks to our server Tommy. Our food and drinks were some of the best I’ve ever had, Tommy’s attentiveness and warmth immediately put us at ease as new patrons. We will certainly be back to celebrate our next special occasion!
