We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The service was beyond excellent! We ordered the stadium cake and my son and nephew had an experience they will never forget. Thank you for helping us make such a wonderful memory!

the staff is great. the food is always well presented. the sushi options are fun if you dont like red meat. i dont usually drink so the selection of mocktails here is always great to see.

"Not what it used to be"--this was the conclusion of three different people who have dined here repeatedly before. Service was not good. Entrees came out with no side dishes. Took 15 minutes after they came out to get them. Wrong side dishes were delivered. Steak was quite fatty. Appetizers were good.

From the minute you walk in the door, you are well attended to by all the staff. The atmosphere is a mixture of a kitschy, cozy and classic NYC steakhouse. The food is fantastic! There is a fun drink list and good selection of wines that are reasonably priced. It is a must-try restaurant if you are in Columbus.

Anthony and Nick gave excellent service!! Food was amazing and environment was perfect. Great recommendations from Anthony as it was our first time dining, now this will be one of our regular visits when we are in Columbus! Basement level bar is great. 10/10 food and experience.

Our waiter Joe was stellar. The manager came by and wanted to assure that we had the best experience at the restaurant and we really did. The food was wonderful. The restaurant ambiance is so special. We can't wait to return soon.

Jeff Ruby's never disappoints. The steaks are always cooked to perfection and the Lobster Mac-n-Cheese is one of the best. Great experience. The service was exceptional and their team approach is easily noticed. The staff worked together seamlessly. A+

Very tasty. Had an amazing steak, potatoes and Mac n cheese. It was very pricey of course, which is to be expected. Was it worth it for the money…no. But was a good experience overall and food was awesome.

Went for the first time on a date. Did a same-day reservation and got seated immediately in the downstairs area once we arrived. Our waiter was great, came to the table often to check on us. Now the food…… I had the roasted chicken and my date had the burger. I promise I could fit the whole meal in the palm of my hand. The chicken came out luke warm and the sauce served with it tasted funny. If you want to pay high prices for the upscale atmosphere and service, sure. The food however, is not worthy. I know they’re known for their steaks, but the prices were not worth the ounces of steak. So, i didn't get one. Overall had a good experience. Just be prepared to still be hungry afterwards and at a hefty price

The fact that I haven't been here in almost 4 years and still remember the experience vividly is crazy. I went there after hearing multiple great reviews. I made reservations for myself and girlfriend at the time. I guess we weren't the right color and for an upscale place bias should not exist or anywhere. I could possibly understand if I were dressed in some dirty distressed clothing or if she looked like she was from the streets this was not the case. The food was indeed awesome I'm a chef by trade and for many years worked in fine dining. This reviews is for the service/waiter We ordered the wagyu Ribeye and filet along with some appetizer and from that moment it was just like? I guess he was worried about us not being able to add up numbers 2nd server never came back with something. Anyways the tone was unspoken but she could feel it I could feel it. To spend $600+ (yes i tipped) for a life memory that I will never forget was disappointing. I will never in my life return and I'm really sorry if this ever happened to anyone else I should have written this review a long time ago, better late than never I gues

The price didn’t match the quality. NY Steak was dry and the Mac and cheese tasted like flour. Drinks and dessert were pretty good.
