Wonderful place to eat, I was actually more concerned about the fact that when I was charged for the tab I didn't see the tip taken out of my meal. Would 100% come back

Wonderful experience. Sushi - Ruby Roll is delicious. Seasonal old fashioned well balanced, steak- great quality and perfect temperature. We enjoy this small chain and it's consistent across the 3 locations I've been to. Looking for to my next visit.

Not sure if it was because we got sat in the lower bar or because it was busy, but the service was terrible. Had to flag someone down every time we wanted a drink, or order food, or ask them to take something away from the table. Several times servers would disappear for 15-20 minutes at a time. Not the level I'm used to or would expect from a Jeff Ruby place, though I've only been to Cincinnati locations.

Seated immediately. Wait staff immediately had our drinks on the way. Sushi appetizer delicious. Shared a wedge salad. Brussel sprouts the best anywhere. Mushrooms could've had a few more varietal types to increase the umami I was looking to find. The ribeye seared perfectly and perfectly marbled The filet tender and flavorful. Saved room for the butter cake Couldn't have a better dinner before our concert.

Truly a fantastic experience and dinner! David was a top tier server; he was attentive, helpful, engaging and overall heightened the experience for us. My wife, as we celebrated our 8 year anniversary there, said it was the best meal of her life and I find it hard to disagree! Just the perfect dinner experience.

Upon arrival the hostess was very friendly and advised we would be seated quickly after team meeting before opening. We were seated in the bar at a nice location. We were served water quickly and asked if we needed anything else. Our waitress Rose was very helpful making suggestions! Our appetizer came quickly and was perfect for us to share. (Waygu meatball) Our main course was the cowboy steak with a shrimp and gnocchi topping! We then topped it off with cheesecake for dessert! A lovely dinner with great service!!

Waiter was incredible! Food was excellent and spirits were good too! W The hostesses accommodated us so well and made it an incredible experience! I had accidentally booked two times vs two tables same time and they went above and beyond to help us sit at same time and put us next to each other!

Most amazing steak and mac and cheese that i have ever had. Chocolate cake was also amazing. Really like our server. We will be back!

We had the best time at Jeff Ruby's for my husband's birthday this weekend. Jordan was our server and he did a great job making it a special night. We got the Nike shoe cake and my husband was so excited for the surprise. The food was great and the whole experience wonderful! It's always a great way to celebrate family events.

Rachel is an amazing server if she's available definitely ask for her! Food was a 10/10 as always.

The service was outstanding. David was our server, assisted by Gavin. Several others helped, as well. The brown bread was delicious with the sweet cream butter. The cocktails were excellent and nicely presented. The pork belly served with the wedge salad was fabulous! The Herbstreit sushi was fresh and well presented, but no better than what I can get in my grocery store in Texas. The Buckeye Pie was packaged nicely for us, but I haven't tried it yet. Sorry, that's not helpful to you. I would go again for the wedge salad, bread, cocktails and to try something else.

We have been to Jeff Ruby's many times and it has always been very good but, yes, unfortunately very expensive. We had dinner there last night but this time it was not "very good"- It was GREAT! The food was simply the best-absolutely OUTSTANDING! The service was terrific and so polite, so courteous and so "not stuffy" or pretentious. Everything top of the line and first class for a special occasion!

There was no consistency in the cooking of the steaks. Prices have gone up so much that I can not justify going back with that result.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The service was beyond excellent! We ordered the stadium cake and my son and nephew had an experience they will never forget. Thank you for helping us make such a wonderful memory!
