Great customer service and amazing flavors

I love jenis. Have to stop by everytime I am in town.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too expensive, the ice cream was bussin and the flavors were cool, but it was like 8 bucks for maybe 4 spoonfuls of ice cream, its really good ice cream but not near enough to justify the price.

Went there and not a single employee had gloves on. And the girl who served the people in front of me was holding the taste testing spoons and she was fiddling with them and unintentionally just rubbing her fingers all over the spoons, including the part that you eat off of. I’d rather not eat here until they make gloves mandatory. It’s actually very gross, and could potentially cause someone to get sick.

When the line is out the door by 50 feet you know it must be good. And it is! With a plethora (thats a fancy word for a whole bunch) of flavors, you will find what you are looking for. There a specials available that change over time. There is not a lot of seating inside which is the only downside here.

Such good ice cream! Line was out the door but they move quick. And they offer samples so you can “try before you buy”!

Did not disappoint. Tried the chocolate and lemon ice great and both were amazing.

Wasn't expecting to get ice cream but some work friends recommended it after a quick dinner near by! We sampled a few of the flavors and we were hooked. All of them were AMAZING. Hope to return again soon!

Jeni's Is hands down one of, if not the best creameries around. However, most of the venues I have been to have a line out the door and a small display with numerous flavors. And a single checkout lane. So be prepared to wait.

Super cute in there, plus they had two dairy free options when I went! I got the Texas sheet cake, which was great 👍

Top class icecreams ....

I never leave reviews but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went on 12/31 while on a day date with my spouse. at the store at 12:11pm and the door was locked. Not a big deal at all, but the employee had to come unlock it. She unlocked the door and turned around without any words, smile or eye contact. We both thought she was mad. I walked in and she was extremely unfriendly. She called to the other employee “they’re coming” (as in the customers?). I was really looking forward to l’affogato and I knew there was different flavor options etc. I felt so unwelcome. I saw there was a pint sale as well but I didn’t want to bother the employee to ask questions or make more purchases. As a manager and business owner myself, it was appalling.
