I never leave reviews but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went on 12/31 while on a day date with my spouse. at the store at 12:11pm and the door was locked. Not a big deal at all, but the employee had to come unlock it. She unlocked the door and turned around without any words, smile or eye contact. We both thought she was mad. I walked in and she was extremely unfriendly. She called to the other employee “they’re coming” (as in the customers?). I was really looking forward to l’affogato and I knew there was different flavor options etc. I felt so unwelcome. I saw there was a pint sale as well but I didn’t want to bother the employee to ask questions or make more purchases. As a manager and business owner myself, it was appalling.
Ice cream was delicious. Best part: my wife has a sever peanut allergy and they were nice enough to get a fresh scoop and tub of ice cream. She didn’t have to worry about cross contamination for which we were very thankful. Would recommend to anyone!

Never had Jeni’s ice before last night. OMG!!! I had ordered the Sugar Plum Brittle Parfait. Wow, this was AMAZING!!! The staff that worked 12/14/24 evening shift, wonderful! A really good group, and very polite. Definitely will be back. Thank you! This was the Easton location.
Great quality ice cream and great variety of flavors

The worst ice cream I've ever had in my life.
We ordered L'affogato and it was the worst. 2 scoops of very low quality ice cream with half cup cold brewed coffee poured on it. It looked gross. It tastes even worse. Please do a little research before putting something on your menu.

I recently visited Jeni’s Ice Cream at Easton Town Center and had a mixed experience. The ice cream was delicious, especially the PB&J parfait, which perfectly captured the flavor of a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich. However, the service left something to be desired; it felt a bit rushed and unfriendly. Overall, the ice cream is definitely worth trying

Went to Jenni’s for dessert after dinner and it was very good. Our service was great also! They had 2 dairy free options that both tasted amazing.

There was a long line down the sidewalk to enter. Young adult “scoopers” do not know much about their products, greeting customers, or saying thank you. The new flavor with pistachios was good. Wish there were more flavors with nuts.

The goat cheese ice cream was the first flavor I had at Jeni's. Amazing. Now it's exciting to see and experience so many other supreme flavors.

Clare was rude. She scooped tiny scoops then proceeded to show me these black balls that were bigger than the scoops she gave me after I asked her if she could scoop my second ball bigger. She is also working with no bra which I feel is inappropriate while working at an ice cream shop. My friend was going to have someone else help her and Clare insisted that she was the only one that was going to serve us when there were about four other employees working so my friend did not get anything.
We visited Jeni’s on a beautiful summer day to try their new summer ice cream flavors. All five were awful, especially the berry and oat, which was excessively sweet. The next day, I woke up feeling unwell, eventually throwing up and developing a high fever. I realized I had symptoms of Listeria monocytogenes and found an article linking Jeni’s ice cream to the disease. Not only were the flavors terrible, but the ice cream also made me sick. I will NEVER return to Jeni’s!
