This Jeni's is small, but mighty. It's in the cutest little store, right downtown. Plenty of seating, IMO, for the space. The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. And the ice cream was, of course, delicious. I got one scoop of Rainbow and one scoop of Salty Caramel. Perfect combo of sweet and savory. Oh, and loved the wallpaper in the bathroom!

Had a terrible experience tonight with this location. Ordered online for delivery, two different drivers showed up at my house to pick up the ice cream instead of delivering it. I called the short north location and the manager told me there was nothing she could do, she couldn’t get me my product or refund me, that I would have to call the office. This is completely unacceptable!

Really cute layout, clean and simple. Service was good took a little bit because they have such unique flavors that you have to try them. They are all good and they are very generous to allow you to try whatever you ask.

Service was good, it was refreshing in this day and age to be greeted by someone that enjoys their job. The waffle bowl was a nice addition but tasted again a little unconventional, like salted caramel, which personally isn't my preference but was still good.

It's an ice cream place, so it is not bad. They had about 10 flavors and let you try them all. The flavors aren't crazy and taste decent. If I am in the area and want ice cream, I could stop in again. But I would not drive 10 minutes for it.
