The customer service at Jeni’s was good—friendly and efficient—and I was really excited to finally try it because of all the great reviews I’ve seen. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself was just okay for me and didn’t live up to the hype.
What stood out the most was how extremely fast it melted. It was cold outside, and by the time I reached my car, it was already starting to melt significantly. I also wasn’t a fan of the container it was served in, which didn’t seem to help with keeping the ice cream cold or intact.
Flavor-wise, it was simply mid—nothing bad, but nothing memorable or special either. I was truly looking forward to being wowed, but sadly, I left a bit disappointed.
Overall, the service was solid, but based on my experience, the ice cream itself didn’t stand out as anything extraordinary.

I visited the Jeni's in Clintonville. I usually Door Dash at this restaurant but, I was there for me today. I'm an ice-cream-aholic as it is, LOL. I'm always looking forward to the next new flavor that they have. You guys didn't disappoint. I had the Savannah Buttermint, and it was A+. I wish I had enough money to come in EVERY day, to try a new flavor <3 . I'll be writing reviews for you more often. You guys are right down the road from me, to boot. Thank you so much !!!

Took my kids here after school and the guy had a nasty attitude. Kept side eyeing the girl the cash register. I used to work here many years ago, sad to see it go downhill. My kids asked for sprinkles and he literally put 3 sprinkles on the scoop. After handing me the ice cream, he stormed to the back employee room sighing like we inconvenienced him. Will most likely not return.

We came here after getting pizza at Gatto’s this evening. We experienced horrible customer service at Gatto’s, but as soon as we walked into Jeni’s we were kindly greeted by the entire staff. Great customer service, very friendly and accommodating!
