I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!

Sooo…I’m always on the hunt for the perfect chocolate ice cream…and this evening, as I visited Nan’s in Stow MA to grab some dinner, I discovered a cooler full of your ice cream, and thought I’d give “Darkest Chocolate” a try…
I’m instantly hooked. Intense cocoa flavor, incredibly smooth and creamy, just an excellent chocolate ice cream that doesn’t “over-try”, but achieves a simple yet elegant ice cream experience.
The only store bought ice cream that gives this brand some competition is the Zanzibar flavor of Chocolate Shoppe in Wisconsin…and so as a New Englander, Jeni’s has easily become my top choice. I’m so glad I discovered you!

This Jeni’s store is great. It has a few flavors, seasonal specials, free samples, great service, and many seats. The price is reasonable. Personally, I am not into Jeni’s because it has many weird innovative flavors and it tastes a little too sweet for me.

Ok ok ok. - this place was recommend by five different people as the best ice cream I will ever have. So, naturally, in 30 degree weather, I went. It was the 2nd best I’ve ever had and wow, it was worth it. The pistachio was so velvety smooth and full of flavor you’d think I had just made this in my kitchen myself. You should absolutely give this place a try if you visit Columbus.

If you love unconventional icecream flavors this is your spot. The waffle cone smell is phenomenal and I wish they would make an air freshener. Unpopular opinion but I prefer more classic flavors and the prices are very high. I like the Ritzy's style ice cream and shakes more. Bring back the pear resiling, it was your best flavor 🍐 🍷 🍨

Just tried the High Five candy bar and was very disappointed in the ratio of ice cream to toppings. The 16 oz. pint contained maybe about 4 oz. of ice cream and 12 oz. of mostly peanuts and pretzels. Which is just filler so that you can give people LESS ice cream.

I've never eaten in store cause of food allergies. But Jeni's ice cream is so good it is worth two days of severe discomfort and diarrhea and if you disagree, then you have two brain cells and they're fighting for third.
Dietary restrictions: It's gluten free, some of it is lactose free but lactose allergy is for quitters and we don't do that.
Parking: In back at least 30 good spots
Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream store...they cater to children mostly. So there's nothing bad in there.
Wheelchair accessibility: I mean it's alright. There are quicker ways with steps. You will have a slightly longer journey (6-8 seconds) than everyone else

Yes, the hype is real! You should go if you haven’t before! You may try samples before deciding on flavors, which is very useful. If you are looking for conventional options, this is not the place. This is ice cream as you’ve never had it!
I love cantelope, but I never imagined it would be a good ice cream flavor... so I am thrilled to have tried it a Jeni's one summer! Everytime I get a chance, I love grabbing fresh ice cream and sorbet from Jeni's, and I love that some grocery stores even carry the brand! If you're ever in Columbus, or somewhere that carries Jeni's, do yourself a favor and try any flavor!
