We were walking around the market and ended up here somehow. The flavours were very interesting and they were very patient, allowing us to taste many of the flavours. The ice cream was really tasty and it was a nice treat while walking around the market.

Recommend: brambleberry crisp, honey vanilla bean,
Good: sparkling cherry pie
Ok: nebula berry, purple star born
Meh: waffle cone
I'm impressed by how tart nebula berry was but it wasn't to our taste.
Ice cream is lovely and has a very clean finish but melts quickly.
The employees are kind and offer samples
I was not particularly a fan of the waffle cone which was pretty salty and in my opinion, it didn't need the salt.

I paid over $6 for 2 very small scoops of ice cream. I didn’t like the flavors; they tasted weird. I can go to other places that charge the same and are very generous with portion sizes. When I checked out, the cashier picked up her phone to answer a text before I was even done paying. I was disappointed because this place had great reviews, and I don’t know why…2 stars because the sliver of waffle cone they gave me was pretty good.
Kid-friendliness: Doesn’t seem kid friendly, lots of weirdos walking around a bad area. Didn’t see many children
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps at the entrances

This is a busy place later in the day! After noting the traffic patterns on walks through the market, I decided to visit a little after their opening on a Saturday at 9am. I was able to easily look at the offerings and sit at one of the few tables right at the shop. I selected three flavors to try: double dough, salted caramel, and Texas sheet cake. I can see why Jeni’s gets so much hype, because not only were they delicious, but the texture was smooth and wonderful.

Ice cream? Amazing. Service at this location? So terrible I left without buying anything. I was told I couldn't browse/look at the flavors but could only stand in line and read the list of flavors from the sign (in a super rude and condescending way too).

Came here this past weekend for the first time and I absolutely loved the ice cream. I really enjoyed the different flavors and I wish I could remember there names. The pricing in my opinion is about the same range as Cold Stone. I didn't find it that expensive.

Lots of great flavors at Jeni’s. They are so unique and love getting new ones everytime. Chocolate and the lavender are some of my favorites. The staff are always super friendly and helpful when letting us try samples and explain what options they have. This Jeni’s location is smaller than other spots, but there are plenty of seats around North Market.
Vegetarian options: Ice cream!
Parking: Parking lot currently under construction, but if you buy something your parking gets validated. There is paid spots along streets around North Market
Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps around the building

I was in town for a convention, and decided to check out North Market for some after dinner ice cream. Jeni’s has a dazzling array of flavors, and some truly unusual ones. I opted for jelly donut in a waffle cone, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

Great product but the rude service really turned us off. My family and it were visiting and have never ordered from there before. The girl with the knitted scarf in here hair was huffing and short tempered. We wont be back.

Will not be back because of the attitude of the front end workers. If your going to be serving and be the face of the company you shouldn't be rolling your eyes and slamming stuff around. We were in no way rude this was the attitude the minute we walked up. Remember it only takes one time to make an impression and you failed.
