Lots of great flavors at Jeni’s. They are so unique and love getting new ones everytime. Chocolate and the lavender are some of my favorites. The staff are always super friendly and helpful when letting us try samples and explain what options they have. I was in town for a convention, and decided to check out North Market for some after dinner ice cream. Jeni’s has a dazzling array of flavors, and some truly unusual ones. I opted for jelly donut in a waffle cone, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

Great product but the rude service really turned us off. My family and it were visiting and have never ordered from there before. The girl with the knitted scarf in here hair was huffing and short tempered. We wont be back.

Will not be back because of the attitude of the front end workers. If your going to be serving and be the face of the company you shouldn't be rolling your eyes and slamming stuff around. We were in no way rude this was the attitude the minute we walked up. Remember it only takes one time to make an impression and you failed.

Never been here before but I was looking for an ice cream place to go to on my break. The girl was very friendly and gave me a discount for working close and the ice cream was really good. The waffle cone is probably the best I’ve ever had. It was kind of salty which was really good! I’ll definitely come back again.

I got in line at 6:52pm tonight. The line was fairly long, and the person working wouldn't guarantee us ice cream. She told us that when 7pm hit, they would stop serving. I find this really bad customer service. So we left.

So many options for flavors! Unique flavors at that! The lemon bar is so good! It’s a dairy free coconut ice cream with lemon custard and shortbread bits. It was super light and the custard had the right amount of tartness to cut the sweet.

Great selection of ice cream flavors! I have always wanted to try Jeni's, so I finally did and it did not disappoint! Good portion size, and the workers were friendly and timely!

We were in the area for Ohayocon over at the convention center so it was a short walk. The ice cream is all so good! They even have vegan options clearly labeled. They have cake cones, sugar cones (vegan), waffle cones/bowls (+$1.50), and paper bowls. The spoons are plastic, but the tasting spoons are metal they wash so less waste. You can try any sample you want before you buy. Every flavor was good so my group went twice in one weekend. We tried Texas sheet cake (vegan), blackout chocolate cake (limited time), wildberry lavender, rum cake (vegan), brambleberry crisp, and honey vanilla bean. There was no bad flavor. They have take home pints too, but we sadly couldn't store ice cream in the hotel. The service was great, very friendly and quick to answer any question we had. You can walk around north market or sit at a little seating area. Each ice cream is handed in a napkin to maintain hygiene. $6.25 for 2 scoops or $7 for 3. I can't find a downside other than the distance from home.

The young girl working allowed me to sample any flavor that interested me. I was intrigued by the Coffee with Cream & Sugar flavor. And oohhmygoodess, forget every coffee flavored ice cream ever! This one tops them all! Even my friend who doesn't drink coffee was impressed by this one. Here you can get three scoops for $7. So we each selected a flavor and shared. Of course I got the Coffee with Cream & Sugar, one friend got the Salted Peanut Butter With Chocolate Flakes and lastly the third friend got the Texas Sheet Cake! These are all so accurate to their names! I was in heaven with each lick! I wish Jeni's was closer, I would love to try more of those decadent flavors. Their napkins are also very cute, here you can read all about their flavors and how they've come to be! When was the last time I've seen such useful info on a napkin? Probably never! I absolutely recommend you try Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream! Your taste buds will be thanking you!
