Closed for the season? Crazy!
Jeni' splendid ice cream a wonderful little spot once you find it — though the location can be a bit tricky at first! The customer service is excellent; everyone is super friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions. The ice cream selection is phenomenal with so many unique and delicious flavors to choose from, and I love that you can sample before deciding. The seating area is comfortable, parking is easy to manage, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful, especially being so close to the park. Definitely worth the visit for any ice cream lover! And great for family events and even better to brings kids !!
Walk up window and limited flavors but still really good.
Ice cream was delicious but the portion sizes are a joke. 2 baby scoops for the price of a Jeni’s pint that you can get at a grocery store.
This location only has a few flavors of ice cream. Of the five flavors they normally offer, they only had three available. Very disappointed. When I ordered, they told me to go to the Short North location it if I wanted more flavors.
Love Popcorn Brittle
Great ice cream
So my husband and I love Jennis but this is more of a broad complaint. We are visiting from out of town and we decided we wanted some Jennis. We couldn't eat it at the time so we got two pints to go. We happily paid double the amount because we assumed the pints were fresh and packaged at the store. No they just double the price and give you the same exact thing you can get at Kroger or wherever else. What's the point? To rip people off?
Only had 6 flavors listed but one of those was marked through, so you had 5 choices and none of them where of a standard variety of flavors.
We got the popcorn ice cream it was not my favorite, but it was still good

Fast and friendly service, they don't have a lot of budget friendly options but they always have unique, tasty flavors.
Usually we get too full at the Brown Bag Deli to even make it next door to the Jeni's. But after a small Mediterranean salad at Vulters at the Manachoir we hopped on the nearby Spin scooters and finally made our way there! What a treat!!! He got the dairy free chocolate which was amazing and I had the bubblegum because I was really in the mood for something berry flavored and it was their recommendation, and It was absolutely heavenly. We couldn't tell that the chocolate was even dairy free, and he's picky! And mine , well let's just say it tasted nothing at all like Ive ever eaten store bought!! I've never forgotten, and I'm going back for another Jeni's experience tonight!!!
Jeni's is a local legend & never disappoints! This location has an abbreviated menu from a cute service window and is the perfect addition to a summer walk around Schiller Park & German Village.
A cute stop walking through German Village or visiting Schiller Park. Limited flavors but quick service and such a unique space!
Great icecream. Very great icecream. Smooth. It's hard to describe, try it for yourself! Would buy from here again.
