2nd time in a row ordering a club sub with extra bacon and only receiving a normal amount, but this time I even asked if that was extra? 12/15/25

Jersey Mikes are definitely the top of the line sub sandwiches, the meat is deliciously sliced in front of you and the veggies are fresh and crisp....well we'll worth the money and if your looking for a hot sub their thinly sliced ribeye

I want to express my appreciation for the great customer service I received at your Jersey Mike's at Westpoint in Hilliard. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made my experience exceptional. I'd like to recognize Misha for her outstanding customer service. She was so kind, friendly, and welcoming.

Do not bother customizing your sandwich in the app. They've never gotten my order right and I don't think they even read the options on orders from the app. The only way to get what you want is to watch them make it in front of you.

Food is pretty average for a Jersey Mikes (so pretty good) but the service here is unbelievably good -- blows me away every time. Everyone is so nice, they seem to actually care about their jobs, they'll greet you every time, they're polite, they'll look you in your eyes, etc.
At fast and fast casual restaurants, I think most interactions are neutral and forgettable at best -- no one really EXPECTS great service at this point. This Jersey Mikes has such authentically good service it's legitimately sort of jarring. It seems like a mixture of great training and just legitimately having great workers -- and ALL of the workers here are great. I've been in frequently and not one person has let me down.
If you went to a nice sit down restaurant and got the level of service you got here, you'd be thrilled. Crazy that you can find this level of service at a Jersey Mikes of all places.
Management is obviously doing something well, but MASSIVE kudos to literally every employee here -- my day is always at least slightly better if I come here, and if they treat everyone the way they treat me (and I know they do), they're really doing a lot of good for a lot of people.

Terrible service. I was the only one there and they still got my order wrong. Didn't ring it it into the computer and just starred at me while I talked, which is why it was wrong. Please teach workers proper customer service. Each customer only interacts with an employee for about 3 min. Whether you want to work there or not, is not the customer's fault.

Only ordered here today since Maria Tiberis foundation would be receiving all the proceeds & so happy we did. Submitted and received a delicious, correct order through Uber Eats. Jersey Mikes will definitely be added to our eating choices now . Thanks for a great meal although I’m sure it was a super busy day all across town !
