Watch out for the young lady sandwich artist…she will happily correct you at every turn. “How may I help you?” I would like a #7 with just lettuce and mayo. “(Irritated at this) You have to order that over there.” Next, “How would you like this #5?” May I get it Mike’s Way with oil and vinegar etc? “(Again, clearly irritated at my ignorance) That’s what a Mikes Way means SIR.” Yeah. It was frustrating being belittled by someone being paid to take my order in such a way. Wow. This happened July 28, around 1:55pm.

We just had some of the best customer service from our local Jersey Mikes here in Clintonville. My colleague and I ordered delivery on their app because we’re the only 2 people working today, and we can’t have less than 2 people in the building. Unfortunately they forgot one of our drinks, so I called to see if there was any way to get it delivered.
The manager came down himself and brought the drink to us and apologized for the inconvenience of it all. I have never had a better experience with a Jersey Mikes before! The fact that the manager came himself to resolve the issue and hand deliver the drink, AND shake my hand to apologize? You’ve earned a customer for life, and I will always tell my friends and family to hit you guys up for some good eats. Thanks again for your help today!

Hands down, recieved the best sub I've ever had today. I frequent there once a month on average so the service and food is always good. But today was next level. The gentleman running the grill made the best Buffalo chicken sub to date. I even worked as a manager for a jersey mikes once upon a time and even mine never tasted that good. Kudos to him for making the food with love. Thank you!!! Made my day.

Horrible store. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing and the girl who checked us out and wrapped our sandwiches was talking so quiet you could barely hear her. I also asked to get my sandwich toasted before she put toppings on my sandwich and she took it somewhere to get toasted then she brought it back about 3 minutes later still completely cold and untoasted. We also bought two fountain drinks and she didn’t mention the ice machine didn’t work at the moment. She seemed very incompetent for a basic job and everyone else just seemed like they didn’t care.

Employees were yelling at each other about to go to blows, so we left. I always loved going in, but unless these employees are removed from the clintonville store, we will not be returning.
One thousand times better than subway. The meat is sliced in front of you and the sub is perfectly toasted.

Had the best experience today! The systems were down but the staff was so helpful and upbeat despite the technical difficulties and offered multiple ways to order and helped other customers order via the app. Deon was so great. Sub was 10/10 as always!!

Out of all Jersey Mike's locations, this one is the very best. We will even drive out of our way because of the quality and care they take in making every sub. Mesha was exceptional, friendly, and I could tell she wanted us to have a really good experience. Mark was also a great employee and makes every sub like he's making it for his own family. 10/10
