The quality has fallen off a cliff sometime this year. This used to be my favorite sandwich shop but lately the service has been terrible. Today I spent 16 dollars for a large sub and the bread was hard and chewy and they forgot 1 of the 2 meats that’s supposed to be in a jersey shore favorite. I won’t be coming back here for a long time.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for a 12:00 pickup. We're ready until 12:22. Wouldn't confirm that they had my order which I'd placed through the app. Chicken was dry, needed sauce or something that tasted less like yesterday's leftovers. Very disappointed! Staff was non-responsive. No apologies for lateness. Worst experience ever at a Jersey Mikes!

The general manager and her team did a great job. Super busy this morning but they all kept smiles on their faces and the line flowing. Definitely my go to lunch spot.
