Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. This location is close to west campus with great food quality, and fast and friendly service.

This is the fourth time I have been to this location and they have been out of bread hours before closing time. Would not recommend the Jersey Mikes on lane unless you enjoy eating a sandwich with no bread
Normally excellent, but we just Door Dashed a Giant Club Supreme, and a regular Tuna. The bread is stale and there is half the meat we are used to. The delivery was great but the food was sub standard.

I’ve been in 5 times in the last 6 weeks hoping to get my sub on gf bread. This store NEVER has gf bread anymore…. The mgr barked that I should come in 4 hrs later when truck arrives. How about increasing your gf bread order? Or are you purposely not serving it any longer. Terrible customer service!

Normally I have a good experience at this particular store but the last couple times that I went there it seems like their employees are looking at their customers as a value I'm more of a hinder to them so today I placed an online order and had to wait 45 minutes for my order to come out and then when I start questioning why are other people walking in and getting their food before I can get mine I get an attitude from the staff I guess I just don't want my business anymore
