Ordered 2 sandwiches for a 12:00 pickup. We're ready until 12:22. Wouldn't confirm that they had my order which I'd placed through the app. Chicken was dry, needed sauce or something that tasted less like yesterday's leftovers. Very disappointed! Staff was non-responsive. No apologies for lateness. Worst experience ever at a Jersey Mikes!

They were busy and short staffed but they did a phenomenal job under pressure. The food was made to order and delicious. Staff members were kind and courteous even though the place was packed. They all deserve a raise and pat on the back.

Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. This location is close to west campus with great food quality, and fast and friendly service.
