The food was amazing. Best chicken sandwhich I have had in columbus, hands down! Onion rings and fries were super flavorful, not over cooked. Go there now! you wont be disappointed. Ate outside on picnic table. It was windy, which made it hard, but not their issue. More seating would be nice for when they blow up.

The food was so delicious! Got the jet pack burger with fries. Happened to just walk by it and gave it a shot. Literally will put this up there as one of the best burgers in Columbus. So cool when you find a great spot unexpectedly. We will definitely be going back and bringing more people with us.

Usually have an amazing experience with jet packs , last time I went , the cook was mad when we walked up and told us to wait for 10 minutes and then proceeded to not come to the window for over an hour . And when he came to the window he was an attitude as if he did not want us to be there . Did not have half the items and was complain that we ordered fries , all while in the rain . Overall just bad experience.

A solid burger at a very good value! I will say I found 3 separate pieces of hair between the burger and the fries, so that was a bit disappointing. The actual burger tasted good, but there may have been too much sauce/wet toppings, making it a little soggy.

Jp classic just had too much going on… too many flavors coinciding at once and they didnt really match. (Also sweet tasting)
Fries tasted extremely cheap but just seasoned well and even then very sub-par.
Overall, overpriced for an extremely average/below average meal. I’d like to try a burger with just patties, cheese and ketchup to really get an opinion and if I do, I’ll update but it will probably be awhile.

First time here since we were in town for a concert. Decided to eat before heading back to Cleveland and I gotta say I am jealous of the people who live here and can have these burgers more often.
