We were visiting from Indianapolis. We heard about how good the pizza is there so we tried it and it was good. We even microwaved it the next day to eat and it still taste great. Some pizza if you microwave it the next day it don't taste as good as the first day but this pizza did. The workers their were very friendly and polite. I wish we have one here in Indianapolis. Oh we got a meat lover pizza and it wasn't really salty.

Was just doing my thing and a lady (employee) was on her cigarette break on her phone with Somone and I look at her because she was staring and she got snappy at me just because I looked back bad service out of her I wasn’t even a customer and I got bad service so I wonder what she is like to others

Ordered for delivery, which should have arrived at 9:30pm, and the order never came. I called the store and the man who answered said it should be any minute, tho the driver had left 20 minutes before. Really upsetting to have paid for food that never arrives and then you can't get ahold of anyone the moment 10pm hits.

Dark haired woman appeared in charge...called out "someone will be right with you". She was talking to an asian employee about a pizza bake issue, he walked away not too happy, she kept asking "what did you say?". He walked away from her perhaps due to her attitude/words?
The glass that separates the lobby from the kitchen is just a window, not a sound proof isolation booth, we can see and hear you.
Then an african american employee came from the back to speak with her and she walked off somewhere with him while leaving us STILL waiting at the counter. I saw 5 employees. No one assigned to the front counter?
Customers provide the money for the paychecks. Most will never complain about bad service received. They just go to another place never to return. Complaints want to stay and are pointing out what to fix.
I also almost wiped out on the wet floor walking in...no sign, no salt. So customers and safety...lower priorities. WHAT was the higher priority than customers and the wet lobby floor?
There are maybe 20 pizza places within 3 miles? Lots of competition Jets has. Just sayin.
