I’m so sad- I have loved Jet’s, but I’ll never be able to get it again! There was a cockroach in our pizza! It scurried under as I opened the box. I get it, food service is hard, but the most disappointing part was that I emailed Jet’s at the beginning of the month to make it right with a picture and details and got nothing in response! Seriously?! Please clean the kitchen and make it right, for others, since I’ll never be back again :(

The pizza here is great! The 8 corner is the way to go. Two different small pizzas basically, enough for two men. Lots of great options for crust as well.

I want to emphasize that the pizza is super greasy. I came in the evening around 7 if that helps because sometimes quality is affected by the crew working at the time.

I suggest they find another closer, went to pick up our pizza and they gave it to another customer. Current closer always has an angry or irritated demeanor so this isn't surprising. Not coming back to this location

Good crispy crust that is OUTSTANDING. Detroit style best in town. Had the veggie pizza and it's Perfection. I love the salads, make sure you get ranch dressing it's homemade.

DANG that's some good pizza! Never had Jet's before and I have to say, the staff was friendly. The delivery guy was really nice. The price I thought was reasonable based on other pizza places but when I got it, the pizza was way bigger than I thought it would be, generous with the toppings and fresh. Excellent value and taste.

So I'm going to get slammed for this, but I'm originally from Pittsburgh and we have some pretty good pizza spots there. I've been living in Columbus for almost 3 years and was caught off guard the 1st time I ordered pizza because they cut it up in these little pieces lol. I appreciate it now but back then I felt like a child who's parents cut their food in bite sizes so I didn't choke lol. That being said, I LOVE Jet's because a large is 8 large full slices of pizza! I get the thin crust with pepperoni and mushroom. I call it in and pick it up 15 minutes later I'm elbows deep in 'Za. I'm picky with pizza. The crust, sauce, cheese has to work well on its own. To me, that's Jet's. The toppings boost the flavor but the pizza is great on its own. We also tried the breadsticks with sauce and omg... even better. So for me, this is my preferred spot for pizza in Columbus. The end.
