Never had an issue with food, until last night. I don't want to give 1 star review but with it being 8.88 day, I assume the pizzas I received were extremely undercooked and/or no oil was added. No crunchy crust. Plus, receiving the pizzas in 17 min on a busy sale day was another clue.

I called to see what happened and spoke with a very kind and accommodating lady who immediately made things right. She was friendly, professional, and quick to fix the issue. Mistakes happen, but great customer service like this is what turns 1 st time customers into returning customers. Thank you for turning the situation around so quickly!

Worker has attitude. Yelled at me to wait in line when getting a pickup. I was in line and next. I noticed she was treating 3rd party drivers like employees or underlings. Never had problems before this.

OMG 😲 Best Salad Ever🤗🥰💯 I got a Speciality Salad with some grilled chicken on it. Which there is no SALADS on the menu like this, so they had to make this to order.... And Babbbbbyyyyy y'all did that💪🏾💯 It's 2 days of PERFECTION RIGHT HERE😍🥰. First of all, this Jets has always been elite. Been getting pizza here for years and they’ve never let me down. Today (2/28/25), however, they absolutely crushed it. The delivery driver saw me struggling with my dogs and asked through the glass door if I’d like him to leave it at the door which I did. I was able to yell thank you at him as he walked away and not only did he say you’re welcome but he also told me to have a blessed evening which I thought was very kind.
Now the food…the cook absolutely snapped today. The wings had a nice char and were perfectly cooked. Just the right amount of sauce to give them a great buffalo flavor but not too soggy when they arrived. The banana peppers on my pizza also had a nice char and they got the pizza to the perfect cook where it’s not overdone but had a great crunch. All in all this made my Friday night. Wish I knew who was working that night to shout them out by name but thanks for the great meal and experience after a very long week at work!
P.S. we got delivery today but every time I’ve ever gotten take out the staff are also super friendly!
