My complaint is about Tahira. She was rude and acted bothered during my entire transaction. She didn’t do this with anyone else in the line. I had placed a call earlier for takeout. I explained this to her, and both she and her clueless coworker, acted as though I was speaking a different language. I finally got my order and got the hell out of there. I only went to this location because it was close to my job. I’ll never go back.

Absolutely terrible service i placed my order and waited 35 minutes while they served 10 orders that were placed after mine and I never even got my food had to leave and get a refund I'll never come back period

Best chain pizza anyone can buy, especially the crust. Highly recommend looking up the Blue Jackets’ “Score twice half price” deal.

I placed an online order. And it was supposed to arrive 6:22. I called the store and then was told 6:47. Waited till 7:10 called back then the manager got on the phone he told me he would cancel my order and refund me my money. But would still send me my food. So I said okay. Then I get a text saying my order will arrive at 8:11. It is now past that time no food. Then I get another text saying running late at 8:15. Still no food at 8:24. I will never order from here again.
The staff was very helpful and gave us a free pizza that no one picked up. Softened the blow of a blue jackets loss.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a quick service restaurant. Proceeded to set the orders on the half wall to be picked up but NO ONE would actually come to the front to tell people they were ready. One guy finally walked out and called a name so I asked him if #26 was ready, he snapped back that if he hadn’t called it it wasn’t ready. Then he disappeared back to the back for another seemingly huge wait with no one at the front counter. Finally a woman emerged and started helping the DoorDash drivers so I ran over to her and she grabbed my pizza that had been sitting on the half wall for 25 minutes and handed it to me. I watched my pizza sit on a wall without ever hearing my name or number called for 25 minutes without anyone coming to help the customers. Terrible actual customer service skills for an overall mediocre pizza place. Do better.

I have eaten at this Jet's location twice, and the waiting time for food is abysmal. The first time it took them more than an hour to get my two slices of cheese pizza. The second time it took more than 40 minutes because they placed my two cheese pizza slices without a label in the wrong pile. It would have taken even longer if I hadn't gone up and asked. Avoid this location if you want food quickly.

Called Nationwide location to make sure all was good because I ordered ahead for 8:00 pm. Was told I didn’t finish transaction and then told I did! So now going to be 40 minutes depending on traffic, BUT it just came out if the oven!! Wait what? I will let you know if I ever get it! 7:37 est for an 8:00 pm delivery. Fun fact it was delivered 2 minutes after I was told it was going in the oven! ?

Pizza was great but I waited 30 minutes for two slices. I was the only person ordering and nobody else ordered the entire time I was waiting. One of the employees was scrolling through his phone, while the other sat in a chair behind the counter.

Stood in line and was ignored. Saw lady being helped at side counter being assisted by employee with piercings and colored hair. Employee gave the lady her pizza and drink. Flat out ignored me and walked away. I raised my voice asking said employee what time they were open until. The employee ignored me once again. Hire someone that actually services customers. You lost my business.

Management is awful here. Curtis the old closing manager was awesome, when I asked about him the employees did nothing but trash him. Very sad to gossip to a customer like that. All the bad reviews on here go unnoticed the workers and company could care less. How many times can you guys sell disgusting slices soggy cardboard and grease stick to your slice if they aren’t fresh. I believe the fellas name I dealt with last time was Cameron long hair no hair net sweaty no cleanliness In this place many workers go from phone to making food you can see everything it’s basically in a food court.

Exclusively managed by morons and dropouts. I'd be shocked if the illiterate peabrains who manage this place had the brainpower to read this review much less run a pizza joint. Forgot to deliver a prepayed delivery order for over 2 hours, deleted the order, and closed ?.
For the record, it was a single medium pizza and was over $30 not including tip.
Parking: Location sucks. Don't try to drive here, obviously. It's inside the convention center.

The quality at this location is so variable and less than other locations. One time I ordered and the pizza was just flat. Also, sometimes when you order a toping there's like 3 of said topping in the entire pizza. Tonight I ordered pizza at 9:30pm on uber eats (close at 10) and they cancelled at 9:45pm so too late to order anywhere else at that point.
The pizza was over an hour later than the time they gave, which was two hours after I ordered it for delivery.The pizza was not made as specified.
