We are 9 minutes away. I’m a little concerned because the pizza box was not sealed for delivery, which is usually the case with other pizza deliveries. The deep dish was a little extra burned which is not a problem but the pizza was cold like it had been sitting for a while. Not freshly cooked and then delivered ? Wish I would have read the reviews first

Ordered from here again yesterday 10/19/23 and Monday of the same week. AGAIN, the problem is the delivery service being used. Yesterday I CLEARLY put in the notes to text on the way up to my floor at work to pick up my own order. This DID NOT HAPPEN. My order was left with security, I just happened to see it out there. Monday I asked to be called or texted when arriving with my order. AGAIN, this DID NOT HAPPEN. I happened to hear the driver out at security saying "hello" because he didn't see anyone. He said he tried to call me, LIES...I had no call missed or otherwise. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT delivery service. What you're using now is TERRIBLE.

Placed a delivery order. When it was 20 minutes late, I called and was told that I there weren't enough delivery drivers. I asked if it was sitting there getting cold and was told "yep". I canceled. Never again.

Ordered delivery. 30 minutes late. Food was so bad. Inedible. Cold. Lettuce on calzone was grey. Grease soaked through so you can tell it's been sitting there for a while. Pizza tasted really off. Didn't eat any of it. Some of their other locations are better. This was soo bad.
