Not a great experience. I ordered a tuna sub, and since I don’t like my tuna hot, I asked if I could have just the bread and cheese toasted. I was denied for reasons unknown. I received my cold sub with cheese hanging off the side and most of the tuna clumped in the middle. Very disappointing considering I haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in years. I probably won’t be back for several more.

I was at Easton Mall, I looked to a closest sub restaurant and just want there. Unfortunately I payed $21 for a chicken sub, I open the bag to eat, but I surprised with the slides’ cheese on the top unmelted, it just put on the top as it is. The taste was anything else, but not a sub. I don’t recommend anyone to go there. Subway is way better and much cheaper.
