Delivery:I was in a meeting when I ordered this meal. I had the intent of eating in the time gap after current meeting and prior to next meeting, but the food Never arrived... when I called and asked where my food was, I was told they are waiting on a delivery driver and provided no eta of my food.. 1 star Food:Jimmy John's slogan "freaky fast" is a lie, so keep this in mind when ordering from here. I waited an hour until I called back to have them cancel my order. Last time I ordered from this location they included the wrong toppings, so my experience over several occasions is worthy of 1 star. Conclusion: This location needs competent management to coordinate their meal prep and deliveries. Lesson learned for me, no more Jimmy Johns when I'm in a hurry. I waited and waited, but they never showed up. I wish you were here 1 star.

I've been here plenty of times when I'm the Easton area. The sandwiches have always been good here for me. There isn't seating though, and the service is pretty hit or miss.

Went on a Saturday and there was barely anyone inside. Ordered a Turkey Tom, and it was delicious! Everything was very fresh as this was the best sub bread I have had from them in awhile. The staff was very nice and friendly as the service and interaction was ver good. Would recommend if you your out for a sub.

Just ordered my sandwich got home and noticed no cheese as I requested to be added and the meat portion is very small. There was a prior customer who came back to complain when I was waiting for my sandwich and now I see exactly what he meant . His complaint was the same complaint as mines . I was eating half while driving home and couldn’t figure out why I kept tasting only bread and lettuce. I’m disappointed
After not ordering from this location because they have made it so difficult to even order, I tried. Ounce again I could place an order online, no one would help, every excuse imaginable.Finally got the manager on the phone. Found out delivery was going to be thru Doordarsh.I will NEVER use Doordash, grubhub, excetra. To much theft and spit in the food. Papajohns is using overseas call centers as well. This is unacceptable.

Working out of town this was close by. Never been before. Asked what came on the Italian night club they acted like I should know. Didn't want to tell me. Had no peppers or Italian dressing like I was supposed to know they put mayo on my Italian sub. Then the rude lady making the sub threw it on counter didn't say anything. I asked is this mine she replied "well yeah!" Horrible customer service and the sub was a sloppy mess!

Almost as good as a pre packed gas station sub!!!And only 3x the price!! Where’s the roast beef? Oh wait there is a little piece on my lettuce and tomato sub for $15 and I didn’t get my chips so another 1.75 on top of that and a $5 tip for delivering part of my order. I was told chips would be brought back but haven’t seen them yet. Grab a sub at your local gas station it’ll be way better.Update: the chips showed up. Maybe I’ll eat them next time I have Subway.
