I really, really want to know how this location stays open. I love Jimmy John's and live across the street. I order food, hoping that this time will be different than the last, because I'm just not trying to accept that they can suck this bad, so consistently and over a pretty long period of time. Since Covid, this location has been totally whack, they can never hear you pull up to the drive thru. OR they just don't greet you. I'm not really sure. I don't even need to be greeted.. just some acknowledgement that I am there. You either wait for someone to say something, or you just go straight to the window to get their attention. I order through the app, so my food should already be ready to go, but it never is. OFTEN- the sandwich meat is forgotten. The people who make the sandwiches.. forget to put the sandwich together before wrapping it up and handing it to you. It's as if a completely random person walked into the store or even just by the store and who ever worked there before gave them an apron and left. Why and how can you suck so, so bad?

First time in at this location, was in disbelief at the wait, have i never waited so long over 1/2 hour. Was really up set when they kept putting orders ahead of us when we where there first. Management really needs looked into. I have gone to other JJ and they are alot faster how they should be, and respect the customers. This place definitely needs some work.

I have ordered delivery from this place twice before during a weekday and had no issues. Ordered today (Saturday) and got the complete wrong order! My fiancé’s sandwich with completly wrong and I ordered a veggie with a garlic and herb wrap instead I received turkey smothered in mayonnaise and shredded lettuce wrapped in lettuce. Someone ordered a veggie and you gave them meat?! That is wrong with you?! Did not offer to remake anything and offered me $10 store credit instead of a refund? Just don’t waste or time or money here.

I’ve gotten sandwiches here twice and first time they forgot to even put the meat and second they forgot the cheese. Both times were takeout so I didn’t realize till I got home. They only have one dude working there each time I’ve been and his head must be in the clouds. Not acceptable for a $20 sandwich.

This has to be the WORST JJ in this state.... cosistetly. Half the time you place an order, then 30 miutes later they tell you they do not have a driver. I recently called to check if they could deliver before I wasted my time - they put me on hold... after 10 minutes I just hung up and went elsewhere.

My family and I have been coming here for a while, but after tonight, never again. I went in to get dinner a little bit ago, and not only was I extremely disrespected by the man working, but I also felt unsafe. I understand he was the only one working and was under a lot of stress, but as someone who has worked in fast food for a long time, I know it is never okay to push it this far with the customers. He was insulting not just me but other customers in the store as well, getting into a verbal and almost physical altercation with another customer who came in. We watched THREE customers walk out of the store while we were there without completing their orders because he kept going off on everyone.

Just eat somewhere else. These guys straight up lied to me when they couldn't make my correct order. Said they'd give me something else and a free drink for the inconvenience and then when going to get the sandwiches, said that they just said that so I would shut up. Since I prepaid, my card was still charged for the full amount and they wouldn't do a refund.
