This has to be the WORST JJ in this state.... cosistetly. Half the time you place an order, then 30 miutes later they tell you they do not have a driver. I recently called to check if they could deliver before I wasted my time - they put me on hold... after 10 minutes I just hung up and went elsewhere.

My family and I have been coming here for a while, but after tonight, never again. I went in to get dinner a little bit ago, and not only was I extremely disrespected by the man working, but I also felt unsafe. I understand he was the only one working and was under a lot of stress, but as someone who has worked in fast food for a long time, I know it is never okay to push it this far with the customers. He was insulting not just me but other customers in the store as well, getting into a verbal and almost physical altercation with another customer who came in. We watched THREE customers walk out of the store while we were there without completing their orders because he kept going off on everyone.

Just eat somewhere else. These guys straight up lied to me when they couldn't make my correct order. Said they'd give me something else and a free drink for the inconvenience and then when going to get the sandwiches, said that they just said that so I would shut up. Since I prepaid, my card was still charged for the full amount and they wouldn't do a refund.

20 min for one sandwich. Unfortunately we ordered and paid online so we had to wait for it. Every time at this location it takes forever. They always “apologize for your wait”. Subs so slow, you’ll get pissed off

I'm really conflicted in writing this review but my hope is that it sparks from consideration (and ideally change) from management. Let it be known, I love Jimmy Johns. My former partner worked there (not this location) as we were making our way through college and we have some fond memories of making so. many. foods. with JJ's day old bread. We loved it so much, we had JJ's platters as "catering" for our wedding! That being said, I have made the hard decision to not return to this location for the time being. The last handful of times I've gone, I'm waiting a significant amount of time waiting for my online pickup order and watching as a store full of people (and a full drive thru lane) are getting frustrated as they also wait for the same. EVERY SINGLE TIME there is only ONE person in the store working hard. The guy there today was literally doing the best he could, running around and assembling 6 subs at a time, even as the drive-thru window occupied the same car for 13+ minutes. I fully believe he is absolutely trying his best, and despite all the stress he must be under, my sub was made to perfection and tasted amazing. However, the irony of cutting down staff to make more money while there's a sign on the wall (that I definitely had time to read while waiting for my meal) warning against corporate greed is just asinine. I can't in good faith be a returning customer to a store that is not supporting its workers.

I write this review as someone who cares about JJ's. Not just for its food, but for its PEOPLE and the community it cultivates. I want to inspire change. If I didn't care, I would just ignore it and not return to the store without giving any feedback, which is what I'm sure a large percentage of your current customers are doing.

Unfortunately, i think this location has zero employees. September 14 2024 at noon, there is one man here absolutely doing his best. But there was about a 45 minute wait and a full restaurant

The actual motto of the actual company is “Freaky Fast Delivery”. Nine times out of ten I call and they say “Sorry we don’t have a driver today”. Half the time they will take the order anyway and then call back a half an hour later to cancel the order. Don’t bother here.

This is the second time out of 4 that I made no purchase here. I ordered a #2 no mayo regular, nothing is said. I order a ham and cheese with lettuce... giant. Sorry sir we are out of giant bread. I said, "can't you just make 2 regulars" he told me that he can't charge me for a giant that way. I'm thinking that in order to keep a customer and J.J's is the one that ran out of the bread you might bend a little but no matter charge me for 2 regulars then. Then I order a turkey club with cheese and at that point am told "we are out of cheese". I couldn't figure out why that didn't get covered with the HAM AND CHEESE as the word cheese is in the name. My guess is the management of J.J.'s is just paying their people to stand around their entire shift. HOW DOES A SUB SHOP RUN OUT OF BREAD AND CHEESE!!! Last visit. I would recommend not wasting your time. I won't.

Thought the drive through might be quick. Waited 5 minutes to have anyone even take my order. Then 10 minutes to get my sandwich only to get home and discover they gave me the wrong sandwich. Ridiculous. I've never had a problem on weekdays. It seems whoever their weekend manger is, is not doing their job.

I've ordered three times from this location in the past month or so. Each time I order through the app for an in store pickup, I have been inconvenienced. The first time, there was no one in the store. I had to call the store's phone number for a worker to appear from the back area just to be told my sandwich I ordered 30 mins ago wasn't ready. The second time, I was told they didn't see my order come through and said I chose the wrong location. I showed them my email confirmation showing this location and they reluctantly made my sandwich. The third time, they said they gave out my sandwich to someone else and I had to wait again for my sandwich to be made. All three times I ordered the Beach Club and all three times they forgot the avocado spread. There was never any attempts to give me something extra or a coupon for having to wait for the online pick up orders. Do not go to this location if you are craving Jimmy Johns.
