This location was freaky slow. Despite being the only car in the drive through it took forever. The order needed to be repeated multiple times. After waiting at the window for around 5 minutes we received the order. The bread was rock hard and inedible. The refund process after going inside was at least fairly quick.

They do not have delivery. They say they do, it I’ve never actually been able to order delivery here, they don’t have delivery drivers.I saw them on UberEats and thought cool! I can have an Uber driver deliver for me! Wrong; the store called me (25 minutes after I placed my order!) to say they have no drivers available. Why are you on UberEats if you won’t let them deliver and you yourself have no deliveries? Make it make sense.Look, the past 3-4 months worth of reviews are 1 star on here. There’s a reason for that. Constantly understaffed with underpaid workers who won’t pickup the phones ever. Let this place close already so something better can go in its spot.

I ordered 3 turkey toms and a side ranch sauce through drive thru. I repeated what I wanted like 3 times, and when I came to the window I repeated again because it was windy and the worker who took my order seemed not sure still. Then, another worker open the window, and with a very upset tone and angry face, he asked me again what I wanted, and I repeated my self for the 5th time at that point, I said with a smile “I tried to speak louder but the wind didn’t help”, Zach (the worker) replied “ its hard to get your order right when you don’t know how and what you’re ordering”. all that because I asked for a side sauce that I forgot what they call it!! that worker assumed that I don’t understand or speak enough English based on my look because he’s racist, when I responded “ sorry I think its my fault that I don’t memorize your menu ” he was shocked. After that it took at least 10 minutes for us to wait for our 3 sandwiches. I will never go back again & I will make sure that everyone I know will not as well. The food wasn’t even that good and their service is the worst in the area.

Placed a delivery order at 6:06pm. Waited patiently for my food to be delivered, at 7:50 (almost 2 hours later) i call checking on the status of my delivery only to find it was voided without notifying me. Ill give the guy i spoke to the benefit of the doubt, maybe they dont have drivers and were actually too busy to call. But regardless this is poor customer service, my car is currently in the shop thats why i'm ordering delivery in the first place, so now i'm going to have to figure something else out. 2 hours later i still havent eaten.

Unsure who does the answering of calls through the store here but apparently they say they don’t have a driver (false, they’ve delivered before and your slogan is literally “freaky fast delivery” ) and that my order through their app didn’t show up at their store even though the app gave me their address. The money was sent along with the order and i have yet to receive my money back. My issues with the store is their faulty app (supposedly) and their incapability to help work out a two way issue on my part and theirs.

I'd give them negative stars if possible!!!I ordered food to be delivered and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me my order was delivered but I never received my food. Called them and they told me they didn't have a driver and just cancelled my order. They should have called me and given me the option to pick up my order.I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM JIMMY JOHN'S EVER AGAIN!!!!

We live a few miles away from this location and have had to go pick it up a few times due to lack of delivery driver. This is inconvenient but when you are craving Jimmy John’s it is worth it!The staff usually comp us a cookie or something as well so we come out ahead other than our time.This visit tonight though 12/4/2023 was the best ever! Went in and the manager David made some mean subs, made some suggestions that were fantastic, and the food was excellent as usual!

I cant hate because I know how stressful fast food is, but seriously this place needs new management or should just shut down. Id say about 2 out of every 3 times my fiance and I have ordered delivery, they had no drivers to deliver that day. And I get that its not the workers fault that theyre short staffed, but man if yall cant keep worker retention up enough to have a damn driver every night, then just shut down. Hope the workers are doing good, but sheesh.

A while ago, I went to this Jimmy Johns (Sawmill and Bethel) a couple times and they screwed up my order each time, either leaving out something I asked for or, one time, giving me a regular sub when I had ordered an Unwich. For two years, I've driven past it to go to the other JJ's on Sawmill.Today, I decided to give this one another chance. Once again, my wife and I both had problems. I did get my Unwich, but it was again missing items. My wife ordered a Combo, which we were charged for, but they added the price of a pop on top. I asked for water and was charged 25 cents for it. When I asked why the charge, the worker said he was giving me the large cup. So, I said I would take the smaller cup. It was still 25 cents.But perhaps the worst thing is that a worker in the food prep area was chewing and eating something. This is a clear violation of health standards and of state regulations. With this being allowed, what other safety requirements are they ignoring? The health inspector needs to stop these people. JJ's district office needs to review them as well. Me? I'm never going back to this one. Three strikes means they are out.

Picked up subs for me and my clients Saturday 8/5 and although they were busy. Both subs were made to perfection! Truly grateful for the effort made. We were able to enjoy our day with full bellies! Thank you

I ordered on the app, it had been two hours and I hadn’t received my food. During the two hour wait I tried calling the store 9 different times. I was told the order was out for delivery after someone finally answering. An hour passed and I still didn’t have my food so I tried calling the store again when Chris picked up and told me they never received an order under my name. He told me I would have to go into the store to get refunded for food that I never received. Chris was no help for problem solving and didn’t offer any assistance.

Ordered two sandwich combos to be delivered. 45 minutes later, no sandwiches. Tried to call repeatedly, no one picks up the phone. Have to DRIVE to the store and ask them to cancel the order. They refuse. Because even though their own system shows that they've been out for delivery for 49 minutes, they might be delivered eventually. Absolutely nothing they can do, they say, with not so much as an apology. Half an hour later, sandwiches finally show up. Total of an hour and half after ordering. Both sandwiches had Mayo on them, and sat over an hour in a hot car. FYI, Mayo isn't supposed to sit out for more than two hours at room temp before it becomes unsafe. Definitely too close to the wire for me. So if you have no expectation of a timely delivery or fresh food, and love it when people ignore your phone calls and offer zero customer service, by all means order from here.

Worst Jimmy johns I've ever been to. I ordered an unwich and the lettuce looked terrible and even had dirt on it! And they were super slow. I don't recommend this place at all!

Another Jimmy John’s that’s terrible. These franchise owners have run this brand into the ground, they pride themselves on quick delivery but it always takes over an hour.
