Most of the time I'd even say 8/10 times the issue comes from the customers not aware of how the shop runs and that the goal is to be freaky fast so however you say the order is how it comes out . Each sandwich has pre-made selections if you don't tell them you don't want the veggie or the meat or whatever specific item you want or don't want. However they do have a problem with drivers the drivers in the AM are great! But the PM doesn't show up half the time leaving the manager as the only one working . They usually offer pick up when the driver leaves them high and dry. I've heard several different rumors from other stores that this location is closing August 1st

Two separate occasions it's taken them an hour or more (one time was closer to two hours) to get a delivery out. "Freaky fast" is not what you would expect from this location. Also, to clarify, I live five minutes away off Thompson Rd, and these two occasions occurred on days when the roads were clear.

When. I ordered the person on the phone had an attitude, I had to repeat the order a couple of times for them to get it. When he said my address he got it wrong and was not receptive to the correction. When the payment info was given he got it wrong and again had an attitude. Be I asked for the sandwiches bto be cut in half and they were not. The delivery person was very nice.

I order from here frequently from work, they've never messed up an order and other than the one time shortly after the place opened they didn't have a driver, they indeed live up to their name. Usually within 15 minutes or ordering from my phone its coming in the door.

Ordered a beach club with hot peppers and got tomato cucumber and cheese. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Its not like it was even busy there was one person in there eating didn't know it was that hard to provide avg customer service.

Apparently they don't deliver to my adress even though it is right down the road. They switched my delivery order to pickup after the order was placed. Talked to the manager and asked them which jimmy johns delivered to my adress and he simply said "probably none of them". Horrible customer service.
