Most of the time I'd even say 8/10 times the issue comes from the customers not aware of how the shop runs and that the goal is to be freaky fast so however you say the order is how it comes out . I order from here frequently from work, they've never messed up an order and other than the one time shortly after the place opened they didn't have a driver, they indeed live up to their name. Usually within 15 minutes or ordering from my phone its coming in the door.
Good subs and freakishly fast service!! I like that they offer an unwhich to all their subs, which means no bread and instead it's wrapped in lettuce! Plus they wrap it in a way it isn't messy. This particular visit was the first for my kids and the staff was very patient with them, explained the sub choices and helped them find something they enjoyed!
