Awesome service. But, I got the gargantuan and was totally not impressed. Some of the meat tasted slightly rancid, not the whole grain bread like in the ad and it tasted like a cold double meat sub from Kroger - managers special. My friend from Arkansas says I totally got ripped off, his never looks like that and for that much money I do not recommend this sandwich.

I've worked for a Jimmy Johns years ago, their mantra is "Freaky Fast". That is not the case with this location.. I live 5 minutes away and have never once received my order in less than an hour, don't waste your time or money expecting a remotely decent timeframe for delivery, just pick-up or walk-in. It's the only way you'll see your food prior to it becoming a soggy mess. Maybe people don't care for your experience, or perhaps it's simply that they just see a paycheck weekly and "Only work here".
Slowest experience ever…. No one else in the entire restaurant and I am still standing here waiting for my order nearly 15 minutes later. I literally the one person making my food took a telephone call for an order and then stood around not make my sandwich.Don’t visit this restaurant
