Older guy at the counter was unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt like I was bothering him. That was my first time at Jimmy Johns and last. I won't spend my money where I'm not wanted and he very clearly didn't want me there.

Stopped by today and I was blamed for ordering a sandwich wrong by an angry employee. A rude older man who was annoyed that he had to stop playing on his phone 2 times to make my order. He was rude and I have already contacted corporate office about it.

Idk why the ratings are so low here. I was next door having my trucked worked on and decided to get something to eat. Tried 5 guys (should have a lower rating) but the employee was too busy playing on his phone to acknowledge me standing at the counter even after I even ask him a question. So I made my way down to JJ. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. I decided to try one of their new hot subs. After paying I forgot to ask for extra dressing and she kindly added it. Food came out quick and service was great. 5 out of 5!!!

The employees were incredibly welcoming and friendly creating am inviting and friendly atmosphere that we deeply needed before heading to Nationwide Children's Hospital for an infusion.You never know how much a friendly gesture means to someone. This location in Blacklick is the best! Made my 13 year old feel special on his birthday with a happy birthday note on his sandwich! Jimmy John's was his birthday dinner request and this location delivered quality and went above and beyond. And it was freaky fast!Thank you!
