I was a hair stylist for many years. When I couldn't get out of the shop, I would order. Gratefully I'd get my meal in a short time, and always perfect. In this industry we don't have a lot of time for ourselves, so having them around was helpful.

Didn’t realize until I got home but the woman at the counter gave me someone else’s lettuce wrap instead of my sandwich. Nowhere in the app to report it for a refund. Absolute waste of time and money

Im here at the drive thru window right now watching him make my order while wearing the same gloves that he handled my cash with. How many other people’s cash, cards and computer screen's do you think he touches before he actually changes them out each time???

The $8.00 "Big John" roast beef sandwich is now just a lettuce sandwich with one cherry tomato and 2-3 ultra thin slices of roast beef. All you taste is bread, lettuce and mayo. This has been a go-to for a while but cashing out my JJ member card.

Arrived at 8:20pm (closes at 9) to find the door locked and employees sitting at the booths on their phone. Went to the one a little south at Sawmill and Bethel, and sat at the drive thru for a full two minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I went inside, and they were 'out' of both sandwiches I tried to order. I'll never understand why business hire employees like this; it's like they're trying to go out of business. Free up the real estate already.

Horrible I'm allergic to onions and specifically customized my sandwich to not have onions the website failed and put regular sandwich and now I'm just out of my money because the sandwich was made wrong manager stated I could come in and get it remade why would I order delivery if I could have just came in horrible horrible business

Big thanks to Ben and Dustin for their amazing service. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful – exactly what you want when you're grabbing a quick bite. They made the whole experience a pleasure. Definitely recommend this Jimmy John's location!

I had the worst customer experience at this location. The gentleman was sitting on his phone at the table and ignored me. Then he got up after some time and huffed at me like I was an inconvenience. The food is always great even if the sandwich was sloppily put together in a hurry and was a mess when unwrapped. To add salt to the wound, he handed me a bag and had me bag all my own sandwiches. Why did I even bother tipping. I wish I could take that tip back. You should be ashamed for hiring such a person to represent your brand. Ive been a huge fan of Jimmy Johns since 2010.
