Old lettuce, had to scrape off to avoid illness! when i ordered 4 employees present, two were just standing around yakking. had a nice long wait for my sandwich. left lettuce and a nice note, I doubt they will care! I will never eat here again! what a dump!

I work close to this location, and often order from here. Not once has an order been correct on customized sandwiches. You guys don’t even cut my sandwich when I request it on every order I make. Last time I went to pick up an order, the man at the counter was extremely rude and acted as if me picking up my food was an inconvenience to him. I don’t know what this store’s issue is, whether you barely pay your employees or can’t read a food ticket, but fix it dear GOD.

Won't order from there again. The lady threw the sandwich together. The meat looked handcut like she didn't want to dirty her slicer. I know it was late but (815) but I still expected a decent sandwich. I got the night club which I get all the time. Smh never been to this store before but like I said. Won't be back

This location has a GM that is very rude and threatening to employee, they also have no REAL payroll system in place and when you can the franchise owners at Wildcat Investments LLC you get no answer at their corporate offices,there is something very shady going on. When asked about a DM number and the GM won't give it to you (which is illegal) but instead threatened the employee twice in 1 day have text messages to prove his name is Jordan Stanley
Ordered with no tomato because I'm allergic and paid for bacon. Didn't get bacon on it but I did get tomato. Not too happy about throwing away a 20 dollar sandwich. Forgot the peppers that are supposed to come on the sandwich too
