Very happy all around (and I can be a picky SOB). I usually order carry out via the app. Never a problem. I’ve ordered many times from this location. My order is ready ahead of time. Always accurate. And the staff is always friendly when I pick it up. This location deserves major kudos …
Shoutout to the workers in there. They make the subs extremely fast and super nice. It’s always just one guy or a guy and a girl and they need a raise!

This location is a typical Jimmy John's! Place an online order and it seems that is physically impossible for them to get your order correct! In my case the order I placed was far off 2 different times!
Subs here are solid. Never had a concern with the quality here if I can order what I want and it successfully gets delivered, which is rare.
In person service is good and friendly, however multiple times I have left because they are out of ingredients for the sub I want. Random stuff like bread, tuna, lettuce, etc. It happens, I guess.
The delivery service continues to leave much to be desired. Placed an order online a few months ago and they forgot my pickle. Wasn’t a big deal and again… things happen, so I just wrote it off as a loss.
This past weekend, I ordered their ‘Meal Deal’ which upgrades you to drinks and chips at no cost. I also paid additional to upgrade the drinks to bottles instead of fountain. This time they remembered my pickle, but forgot the drinks and chips. I immediately called in and they said they’d credit me back the charges for the chips and drinks. Charge finally cleared and no refund was given. Called in and they couldn’t find my order, despite me having the receipt info and order number. No refund was given and they couldn’t send me out the missing chips and drink. So now I have to find time to go in and pick them up… and I’m hesitant to believe I’ll be successful there without additional pushback.
Overall, frustrating because I love Jimmy John’s, however this location just can’t seem to figure out a complete order. So order in person to make sure you get what you want in advance or just don’t order at all.

I've ordered from this Jimmy John's multiple times, and although sometimes it does take a little bit longer during peak hours, they always deliver and the food is always fresh. Recently, I admittedly placed my order within a half an hour of closing time, and they still delivered my food to me without any comments or disdain. I really do appreciate the work that these folks do and it makes my life much easier. Thank you all

I work next door and ordered because they are supposed to be ‘freaky fast’ and about an hour and a half later, still no show. I missed my lunch hour and when I called to cancel my order, they were not apologetic.

Horrible online delivery experience. Order placed at 12 noon, not delivered until 1:05. Ridiculous wait time an hour after order placed. If you don't have the staff to deliver in timely manner , you shouldn't offer delivery. Highly Disappointed and extremely unsatisfied. Would not recommended this location. Have has troubles with this location before. Thought would give it another try. Horrible decision.

1) Every single time I've ordered from this store, it's taken 60 minutes or longer to arrive.
2) Once called me an hour after I ordered to tell me they had to cancel my order because they didn't have a driver on shift.
3) Found blue plastic in my potato salad.
4) Driver wears sweatshirt that says "just do it" with images of implements used for su*c*de (g*n, n**se, syringe). I've seen him in this shirt maybe 5 or 6 times. Not okay.
5) I placed an order 90 minutes ago and am still waiting. I called the store 35 minutes ago and was told the order was already out for delivery.
This will be my last order ever. All around bad experience.
