I actually have a genuine question. The app offers the options to "cut in half" and "add mayo packets" I select these options every single time. I have never had my sandwiches cut in half, and I have only received mayo packets once. I've been ordering once or twice a week from work for about 3 weeks now. Today I ordered the "giant" option and just got two long, not-cut-in-half sandwiches. I got a LOT of napkins, but no mayo packets. I dont really understand? Do you guys just kinda like make the sandwiches however YOU want? It's frustrating paying so much money for food expecting it to be as you ordered it and it's missing something or wrong. The first time I ordered, I asked for pickles and onions were added instead. I am allergic to onions. I communicated this issue via telljj and I haven't gotten a response. That part is truly absurd, considering I ordered pickles and instead something I'm allergic to was added. I just wanna understand how you operate so I understand how to get what I actually ordered.

We went in to redeem my free sandwich for my birthday. The employee behind the counter went through the process and could not find my free sub. I showed him the email I received and that I redeemed the code to be on my account. He still couldn't "find it." So my wife and ordered since we were there anyway. He ended up giving us 15% off so we saved over $3. Would have been nice to get a free sub, but 15% off is something I guess.

This is one of the worst Jimmy John’s locations I’ve ever been to. They DoorDash themselves, never tell you they’re on the way, and for this ten dollar sub they put two slices of meat. It also took over an hour to complete a two sub order. If you have to drive a few more minutes out of the way to a different location, that’s the better option!

I been visiting a great number of Jimmy John's over the years. They always fast, the atmosphere is consistent over the chain of resturants (fun signs to read in the store). Quality of subs are excellent. Only downside is non of the subs are hot (and no pastrami).
