Easily the worst jimmy John’s in Ohio for online and drive through. Seems like you have to go in person and guide them to do their jobs correctly. 9 out of 10 times you aren’t going to get what you order. I stopped ordering avocado spread cause I’ll get charged and not get it. I don’t order sides cause they wont add it unless I walk in to make sure. I bet your thinking well I can call and get my money back, not so fast my friend. Only a manager can do that and they might be there from 11-3, called twice and said no manager but they could help me out and credit my account for the things they messed up and when I looked that didn’t even happen.

I only got 2 PCs of bacon on my club Lulu!!
Why is it when I order online I have to wait 45 min and I can go get it in the drive thru at that moment?
My second Lulu only has half the turkey on it

If I could give no stories I would. Both the managers were absolutely horrible . And one of the managers think because she's been there for 3 years she knows every single customer and transaction that has happened. And if that was true she would have known that I was there in May. Well because the so-called managers have no managerial skills I canceled my order and went to Jersey Mike's. At least they know how to treat customers. There was two female managers one was black one was white they both need to go back through training. This was a little after noon.

Have never had a good order from here. Ordered pickup through uber eats and one of my sandwiches was a complete mess. Literally no meat or cheese, soaked in ranch dressing, and completely inedible. Never go to this location. This location always makes mistakes on orders. Go somewhere else.

Cashier couldn't even stand up to take our order laid across the counter. Didn't greet us either. I said to him hi how are you? Still didn't stand up. Took our order no thank or anything. Guess customer service isn't a Jimmy John's thing.

Ordered a delivery order at 7PM and 9PM hits no food or reason. Call them to be told they don’t do delivery and want me to change my payment from cash to credit. They called me at 8 while I was at work with customers. No voicemail and it was an unknown number. No solution or reason just BS. So if you wanna be disappointed go for it, otherwise save your time because there freaky fast is no more
