Ordered a delivery order at 7PM and 9PM hits no food or reason. Call them to be told they don’t do delivery and want me to change my payment from cash to credit. They called me at 8 while I was at work with customers. No voicemail and it was an unknown number. No solution or reason just BS. So if you wanna be disappointed go for it, otherwise save your time because there freaky fast is no more

Drive-through order, handed us someone else's order. Did not have time to go back and return. Submitted complaint but never received response. This is a very poor JJ location.

So been coming to J John's more since the new sandwiches came out. (Chicken bacon ranch is awesome when made with care) But just now upon entering the drive thru 1 vehicle in front of mine. Get to the menu box and greeted, and then few seconds go by and Re -greeted so my husband says just 1 sec looking at the menu. Couple more seconds go by and then she's rushing him now and then gets rude and so I spoke up this time and said he asked for a min to look at the menu. After the next rude comment I FLAT OUT REFUSED TO PLACE ORDER NOW this just occurred and if she wants to have a conversation great if not PLEASE WORK ON YOUR PATIENCE AND HEARING before coming off rude and unprofessional. I'll avoid Wednesdays from now on but I will be back to Jimmy J's for my sandwich

I don't write reviews but this really pissed me off tonight. I went through the drive thur in Greenlawn and ordered a Giant #7 and a regular #7 no onions, extra tomato on both tonight. I got home and they made all three subs wrong using ham (which I hate) and only a single serving of the other two meats which should have been double for what I'm paying. And its stated on the menu. I drove back to have them fix the subs. They took them back and remade them. Mind you I waited 15 minutes in the drive through the first time I went there. This time I waited another 10 minutes to get my remade subs. I checked them when i got to the car and noticed 2 out of the three subs had no hot peppers so i went back in for two sides of hot peppers. So i went home and realized that the one sub that had hot peppers on it had no mayo and no lettuce. Not going back again. Looks like i wont be going to Jimmy Johns for a while. The guy running the show didnt seem to care or offer apologies for the mistake or my wait. Over this location. Ya'll need to keep a copy of the menu back there for the workers.

I went to this location with my wife and they said they only had enough bread for one sub. It was 8:19pm and they close at 9pm, so I understand when it’s close to closing time that not everything on the menu will be available. But really? Only enough bread for one sub? It’s not like they were out of a specific type of bread. They only had one roll left. How as a sub shop, do you run out of subs? Like 90% of your menu is sandwiches. Your name is Jimmy John’s Sandwiches. Running out of bread is like Pizza Hut running out of pizza, or Burger King running out of burgers. Whoever does your inventory needs to seriously step it up because honestly it makes no sense why a sandwich shop with no bread is even open.
