I see alot of people complain about this Jimmy John's location, my daughter and I come here at least 24 times a year (after each of her appointments at Nationwide Children's Hospital) they are always good to us, always give us our order correctly, always friendly. I have this location on lock on Google maps for fast easy access. They might be a little slow, but its worth it. They make the best sandwiches of all the Jimmy Johns I been to.

I wish I could've caught the name of the person at the window for my pickup. A black woman, so super sweet, 12pmish 12/30/2025. So very upbeat despite a clear lunch rush. This is the ONLY location that has executed my order to perfection. It's not even a complex order, but other locations mess it up every single time due to lack of detail.
