Honestly got my order wrong twice I did dine in too complained gave me an unwhich when I asked for a wrap goes n charges me my wrap price 10.19 gives me lettuce tomatoes and everything that comes on a tuna when I said I just wanted a plain tuna wrap extra cheese and onions on it and then after told them they got it wrong they proceed to give me new Sandwhich not a wrap a Sandwich I get I got my food but a sandwhich is also like 3$ less then wat I purchased also charged me double for my cheese one I said to as extra cheese charged me double extra cheese when said it just once.
Service in the store the guy looks like he’s doesn’t even want to be here and when asked when they finished the orde I checked it was mine the lady was beyond quiet n didn’t reply when I asked her hey is this my order.
My friends did get all they wanted no issue but I’m a foodie and I also work in restraints since I was teen as well as fast food I can list many ok there bosses look at the comments end of the day. I expect food to not be this quality hope u armt in your guys core season anytime soon on customer service.

This Jimmy John’s is hands down the best location I’ve ever been to! It’s always kept CLEAN and the atmosphere is always so light and welcoming. The staff are always so kind and quick, I never have to wait long. They know my order by heart, and by the time we finish chatting my food is already ready. It honestly feels like stopping by to see family whenever I come in.
Big shoutout to Tiffany, Mia, and Nini!!! They’re my favorites! They always make my food perfect, and it’s like they add a secret ingredient (it gotta be LOVE). They really care about their customers, and it shows every single time.

This store is so short staff. I’ve literally been waiting nearly an hour for two subs!! Two people working during lunch rush is crazy, especially at this location. What’s even crazier is they have an unbelievable amount of positions open at this store, but won’t hire anyone. I’ve had both my daughters apply here. Hire people already!!!
Save your money and your time. if they show up at all it’s with portions of your order 2 hours freaky slow. You’re better off cooking.

the food is as good as you can expect and the atmosphere is ok, however the service just missed by a land slide. I ordered for delivery on a Thursday night around 7:50 and never heard or saw any update about my order, just that they had received it, for about 40 minutes. finally my order was assigned to an Uber driver and when the driver got to the store my order still was not ready and they had to wait for another 20 minutes. by the time they did finally get any information from the employees, it was to tell the delivery driver they were all put of white bread and only had wheat left and at that point I just didn't want the food anymore and asked to cancel the entire order. it took them about an hour to let anyone involved know they couldn't prepare it as ordered instead of having just calling myself when the order was originally placed. I'd rather order elsewhere than here again because of the such poor service and communication from the store. it was not the driver's fault, it was the lack of communication from the store employees about the order.

They dropped a tub of old tuna they were throwing away and the juice splashed onto the food prep station— didn’t do anything about it.
Good sandwiches
The food's not bad, and the atmosphere is as good as you can expect in the inner city. The problem is the service. I've been to this location many times since I work nearby. Sometimes they're too slow (even though they often have a lot of employees standing around with seemingly nothing to do). Sometimes they're not slow but they don't follow the directions and end up botching the order. It definitely seems to be a management issue. Some of the employees blatantly shirk off work, some of them work hard but can't seem to remember what comes on what sandwich. I've never once seen any sort of manager directing employees. It seems like a very disorganized bunch, which is a shame, because the ingredients are good and it's in a convenient location around a college campus. It could really be a great place if the management took better care of it.
