This store is so short staff. I’ve literally been waiting nearly an hour for two subs!! Two people working during lunch rush is crazy, especially at this location. What’s even crazier is they have an unbelievable amount of positions open at this store, but won’t hire anyone. I’ve had both my daughters apply here. Hire people already!!!

Save your money and your time. if they show up at all it’s with portions of your order 2 hours freaky slow. You’re better off cooking.

the food is as good as you can expect and the atmosphere is ok, however the service just missed by a land slide. I ordered for delivery on a Thursday night around 7:50 and never heard or saw any update about my order, just that they had received it, for about 40 minutes. finally my order was assigned to an Uber driver and when the driver got to the store my order still was not ready and they had to wait for another 20 minutes. by the time they did finally get any information from the employees, it was to tell the delivery driver they were all put of white bread and only had wheat left and at that point I just didn't want the food anymore and asked to cancel the entire order. it took them about an hour to let anyone involved know they couldn't prepare it as ordered instead of having just calling myself when the order was originally placed. I'd rather order elsewhere than here again because of the such poor service and communication from the store. it was not the driver's fault, it was the lack of communication from the store employees about the order.

The food's not bad, and the atmosphere is as good as you can expect in the inner city. The problem is the service. I've been to this location many times since I work nearby. Sometimes they're too slow (even though they often have a lot of employees standing around with seemingly nothing to do). Sometimes they're not slow but they don't follow the directions and end up botching the order. It definitely seems to be a management issue. Some of the employees blatantly shirk off work, some of them work hard but can't seem to remember what comes on what sandwich. I've never once seen any sort of manager directing employees. It seems like a very disorganized bunch, which is a shame, because the ingredients are good and it's in a convenient location around a college campus. It could really be a great place if the management took better care of it.

Will never patronize a Jimmy Johns again for the rest of my life. They pulled a bait & switch with the Toasted Sandwich promotion that nobody was able to redeem. Inexcusable and epic fail by what I assume was an attempt to increase sales. Also the food is mid anyway.

I’ve been a regular for about 9 months now and throughout that time there have been 2 different crews on-staff. Both crews had amazing customer service and the food is always good. I’ll definitely continue to be a regular.

I went in to this location today and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and there was a man behind the counter conduction business like a boss. The crew seemed to run like a well oiled machine. I got the #9 and I typically don’t like tomatoes, but man o man these were fresh!!! I will be making sure to stop here more often!

Placed delivery order at 11am for 11:45 delivery (3mins away). I called at 11:45am cause the order hadn't been delivered. The worker on the phone goes oh there was a large order in front of your yours " so it ain't ready" I asked to speak to a manager . She informs me of this large oder and I asked "was anyone going to inform the customer of the delay " she replied oh I had the driver call you .. no ma'am you didn't that why im calling. When can I expect my order not for 20 mins. I arrive to the store to pick up the office lunch order and its not even being prepared! from manager to manger i would of called and informed my customers of the delay.. this is the 2nd chance we've given them after the last time loosing an entire order ! This is the last time . Freaky SLOW !

Took 2 newbies to Jimmy Johns for the 1st time. New (or untrained) & unfriendly employee at register. Was anything but freaky fast. Highly disappointed fortheir first time at JJ.
