Extra bummer at this location unfortunately. Recv'd incorrect sandwich and discovered after I got home. Drove back to the location for a correction, and was handed an ADDITIONAL incorrect sandwich, discovered a few blocks away. U-turned and returned yet again - this is now x2 at the counter to receive my correction from earlier. I do not fault the sandwich maker, as they were clearly very new. However, I had to 'train' the employee from the customer side of the counter on what goes on the sandwich. my last day at JJs was 16yrs ago, as a former JJs employee I was disappointed and left upset with how the issue was resolved. I didn't expect any special treatment, just a little bit of accountability.i have faith in this location, every day is a chance to course correct. but, I'll be giving it a GOOD amount of time before returning again.

AVOID THIS JJ’s AT ALL COSTS…. I’ve ordered 3 times now for delivery and every time ingredients are wrong and/or items are missing. Bread has been stale and not fresh. It’s just poorly operated

Freaky slow. Food has been wrong several times and the online pickup orders are just not dealt with until the person actually comes in. They need more people working but some manager or owner doesn’t wanna shell out.

Waited over an hour and a half and after 4 phone calls my stuff arrived. I kept being told it was on the way. Pretty sure they didn’t even start making until after I called them (guy said he couldn’t find the order at first), then I’m sure they didn’t even leave to deliver until after I called them the third time. Absolutely awful!

This place used to be fast but the last 3 x it has taken waaaay longer than before. I used to be able to order online and by the time I walk here it's ready but now I walk here and wait 10 minutes. I can no longer rely on this for a fast and good lunch spot.

I've been waiting an hour and a half for my order. After speaking to the store four times I've been told "it will be there in 5mins", "The driver is out", "I don't know let me call the driver and I will return your call (never called back)", and "It's out the driver had several catering orders, they will call you". On top of that, the lady I spoke to at the store was rude. I'm tolerate when it comes to food service, but this was completely unacceptable. It's freaky how terrible we are, they need to rebrand asap. Owner - I already left feedback on the website.

No so freaky fast! Over any hour and a half and not even a call to apologize that they are running late. I called maybe 30 mins after my order said out for delivery and they said any second they should be there. Still another 45 minutes. My office is 10 minutes away from the store. A call would have helped. I didn't get to eat lunch.

Ordered curbside pickup. Waited 10min. No food. Went inside. No apology from store employee that he missed that it was curbside. I don't know of how the check-in shows up un store, but I'm calling BS. Won't be back here. 2 stars is for the fresh food. And lovin the jimmy chips☺️

Very dis-satisfied with the delivery service. They accepted my order, but waited almost 30 minutes to call me and advised me that my order has been canceled because they cannot deliver it due to no driver or delivery person. This has happened twice already. If you guys do not have a delivery driver, then you should not be excepting anybody’s orders for delivery. In my opinion, that is completely unacceptable and it sounds like some fraudulent activity is taking place.
