Ordered here in July for delivery - said 15 minutes for our food to be delivered. Took OVER AN HOUR for our food. I had to call 4 times-the people I talked too were clueless and helpless. Kept telling me “well he is on his way and you are his first stop” we were less than a half mile from the store! I could have walked there quicker.

I love Jimmy Johns! But today at this location.. I walked in was greeted by a totally unenthusiastic person.. the person at the counter asked what I would like.. I asked for a min to look.. after being indecisive for another 30 or seconds she asked again I said I’m sorry I’m having a hard time picking.. she rolled her eyes and said “oook”... after ordering... I waited on my sub.. I watched the guy make.. I added bacon on my sub.. and I watched hi about to roll it up......read full review
