I don't think I've seen 6 workers in an empty lobby care less about the 1 and only customer in the building. Between the woman employee sitting in the front listening to music on her phone or the 5 prisoners on work release behind the counter looking at the ceiling waiting for the other person to actually do work, it was a battle between them all to do the LEAST amount of work possible. Crazy because less than fifty yards is Sí Señor and Warios which gets you the best sammies and service in the city. Why is this place so slow and care so little?

SUBS SO SLOW YOU’LL FREAK! Oh wait, we didn’t even get subs because they ran out of bread!! How does a restaurant specializing in subs run out of bread!? Shouldn’t they be prepared? Poor management without even a simple apology. Had to ask for lids and straws. 45 minutes later, we get our 4 wraps. I’d give it a 0 if I could.

Ealy in the morning, few minutes before opening, the staff didn't want to make me wait so they opened the door for me and took my order, very welcoming and friendly, they made me the best sub I ever had, didn't need any sauce on it, thank you morning staff!

Location does not live up to the freaky fast name. The time between ordering and getting your food is always at least 10 mins and that’s on a good day. I currently see 13 people standing around waiting for their food and all have been here longer than I have. Most places I have my sandwich before my cc transaction goes through. Here, I’ve already received my next cc statement by time my food comes.

Update - currently at 16 mins and still waiting. Should have just walked to north market….

Just save yourself the trouble and go next door to Si Señor Peruvian Sandwiches. The service is polite and quick! The sandwiches are incredible, the homemade chips were my favorite thing on the menu, such a nice surprise!

It’s my birthday and i made an account with them like they asked me to and the guy speaking to me was talking so low i could barely hear him .. they said a free sandwich couldn’t happen for my birthday and simply were unapologetic and careless about making something work though i signed up and went out of my way .. neither of the workers said happy birthday either I’m just a little bitter right now. I’m gonna go get a free sandwich from a place that will make something happen for my special day.

Ordered a simple sandwich and 40 minutes later I didn't have it. I'm two mins away from this location. When I called the person answering the phone was curt and abrupt. Told me the driver was walking in now. 15 mins after that I still had no sandwich. So much for freaky fast.

I would like a manager to contact me or tell me how to contact them) for the unacceptable service I received today. For one, no one spoke to me when I walked in. They literally just stared at me so I spoke first. What pissed me off the most was that they had no change and told me to walk to the restaurant next door for change. When I asked if I would be discounted for the inconvenience (after already being upcharged for something I'm not normally upcharged for) she had an attitude and said I don't have to get my sandwich since I didn't receive it yet. I went to get change next door and when she opened the drawer she literally had change in there!!! Then when I asked for a bag, she told me I could grab it myself. Everything about this was unprofessional and rude, especially since I'm someone that comes to jimmy johns all the time and polite to everyone.

The sandwich had a small scent of lotion/soap to it and I could taste the soapiness, but it's a minor feeling. Good to know they're washing the dish trays but your sandwich might have a small soapy taste.

I found the 3 cucumbers total in my sandwich more of an issue. The lettuce was plentiful but the number of cucumbers were a bit pitiful :(

Great place, affordable price in Ohio for a conference and this place has been my saving grace…. The food is fresh , customer service is great ! If I am ever in Columbus, Ohio again, this will be my to go place.

The service here is spectacular! All the employees are quick, efficient and polite - even when it's super busy (which is most weekdays since this is an Arena location in downtown Columbus). My order was 100% correct. The store was spotless as well.

Service was slow as molasses and they didn’t even get the order right. I can’t imagine how bad this place would be if there was an event going on at one of the nearby areas. The place was really clean tho.

Was first time and last time visit to this location. Employee on the phone every other word was the "f" word other employee bantering back and forth with him. Place was filling up with customers since it was a hockey night. The employee on the phone was wearing gloves when he decided to help he never changed gloves before making sandwiches. All customers were rolling their eyes and shaking their heads. Was totally ridiculous customer service. I asked for a manager was told none was working.
