I started ordering from this location because I started working nearby and I havent had any issues. The food is always done on time from when I order in the app and the workers are super nice! Curtis is one of the best employees in my opinion! Every time ive interacted with him hes been so kind and he always makes my order right!

Consistantly cancels order for "emergencies" almost every single time. Or calls me to say they don't have a dilivery driver and when I ask to pick it up they just say "your order has been refunded". Never seen a resteraunt never make food. It's getting unbelieveably annoying.

It's always a fun gamble if you are actually going to get your food delivered or not. The employees don't know how to answer a phone ever. I'm so happy I'm moving in a month to finally have a different jimmy Johns.
Portion sizes are a joke. They don’t seem to recognize differences in subs half the time saying there was only one tuna sub.I pay $10 for a sub and I get one scoop of tuna right in the middle with blank spaces in each other side.Save yourself the trouble and just make your own sandwich.
