**editing to show store has reached out to me, they have been without air conditioning since at least yesterday and obviously unable to operate as normal. my review now reflects my other experiences with this location.
online ordering is turned off and shop keeps hanging up on me when calling to place an order. not cool.

They added onions to my sandwich, which I did not order. I’m allergic so couldn’t each my sandwich. Also didn’t add the cheese I paid EXTRA for. Tried calling the establishment and they didn’t answer. So glad I spent $15 on lunch that I can’t even eat

Did not have any issues with mobile order - (did a DoorDash pickup order). Staff was friendly.
Only 3 stars because the sandwich barely had any filling. I don’t think they spread the mustard on the bread - it was all in one spot. Both ends of the sandwich were straight bread and mayo. The middle was good because it actually had filling.
The triple chocolate cookie is amazing

Welp, add me to list of people who had a terrible experience here. Food took forever, was wrong and missing items and they didn’t answer their phone. Sadly, I hadn’t seen the reviews until after my debacle. Not sure why this happens here so often as it used to be a great location.

Do not order from here unless you’re happy getting 1/3 of what you ordered. Italian Night Club came with only 1 out of 3 meats and no cheese. Other sub was missing its toppings. I would like to understand how and why the employees are doing this.

Dirty kitchen. Often out of lots of ingredients including bread. Service is meh. food was fine but nothing to write home about.

I’ve been ordering from this location for years and the service and quality have gone completely downhill. My last order that will be my last was placed on Sunday. I received my order after an hour and my sandwich had NO TURKEY amongst other issues. I called and they offered no replacement and no refund. I asked to be contacted by the manager. That never happened. I called today and they will only refund a portion of my order and never once apologized for the error or inconvenience. I ended up having to spend more money to order more food from somewhere else. They just lost a long time customer with this one. I can see by the other reviews everyone else has had similar shitty experiences

The subs are so expensive and it is mostly bread, unfortunately. The music was so loud I was relieved when we finally walked out.

Rarely answer their phone, and when they do they either don't deliver on whatever day it happens to be, or they're out of bread. Rough cause no other locations deliver to grandveiw.

The only thing this location does well and consistently is get one star reviews. I was going to give it another chance but decided I should probably call and see if they had delivery drivers. Big surprise nobody answers the phone. I was reading reviews out loud today with a group of people. We got a good chuckle but there really isn't anything funny about how bad it really is. Shut this down and save face for the franchise. All other locations do a great job.
Ordered for delivery. Waited an hour and half and still never received it. Called the store multiple times to see if I could cancel the order and get my money back but nobody answered.
Placed a curbside order, followed all instructions, & put the car description on the order. I checked in on the app & waited 30 minutes then went inside because the order never said it was ready. I was told that the order was sitting on a shelf the whole time. A bag of chips were forgotten & the pickle wasn’t even cut. After 6 hours the app finally told me that the order was ready. Poor service & communication.
