DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I live a half mile away and it is a known thing amongst the locals that this place will just take your money and never give you a product. Have ordered delivery twice in the last month and both times it simply didn't come. Both times without being contacted by the restaraunt. After waiting 2 hours, I called the restaraunt and they said 'we will check on it.' and hung up. Nothing ever came. Went in the next day to still get a sandwich (I'm weak what can I say) and they were closed 30 mins after their posted opening time. Place is a shit show.

Came here late and ordered a chicken bacon ranch. Worst food poisoning i've ever had. Throwing up in the middle of the night to the point my throat was bleeding.

Service was god awful, ordered 2 subs and sat inside for over an hour waiting for them to make my subs. I watched them pass out food to people that walked in after me, while I still sat there waiting for my food. DO NOT COME TO THIS JIMMY JOHNS. 1/10 experience. Place needs a whole new work staff.

Ordered delivery for two subs and after an hour of waiting, I called to check what the hold up was. They said they didn't have a driver. I would have came in to pick it up if i would have known, but by that time it was too close to closing time. They told me that told it would be refunded. I never received a refund.

A very nice lady and her daughter were fired from this place. I know they were complaining about racism with employees. I'm so sorry to hear such a thing.

This location charges Sales Tax on takeout food, which is illegal in the state of Ohio. Furthermore the sub was free, so how does a company charge 7.5% of zero, apparently their math is fake too. And again it is illegal to charge sales tax on carryout food in Ohio in the first place. They are being reported to the District Attorney.
After placing an order over a half hour ago I end up getting a call stating that my order cannot be delivered with a balance because of lack of drivers. I’m confused on why it would take this long to contact me about it. This has happened on multiple occasions with this location… why not just shut off online delivery then?
Placed an order on the app with instructions to deliver to my door. Instead they left it at the front desk, ok fine. I get to my hotel room and the sandwich was bland and the bread was a day old bread. I have had Jimmy's all over the country, but this particular store is below standard.

This shop can be a little inconsistent with their sandwiches. Sometimes they’re amazing and sometimes not so much (such as burning their bread). However, the shop is pretty clean and the workers ive interacted with have always been kind.

I walked to Thais location to get a sandwich to go. I was frantically waved out the door as soon as I opened it at 7:40 pm on Saturday, Oct 26. “We’re not taking any more orders!” It was inside posted business hours, I thought it was a little rude. Probably won’t be back for a while
