Placed an order through the app last night. I use this store and app quite often. Except last night was different. I placed an order around 6pm. Typically my food is delivered pretty fast. Well 45 minutes goes by and still nothing. After an hour I get a text saying that my food will now be delivered with Uber eats. Which is a problem because I refuse to use Uber eats or door dash. Needless to say I waited over 2 hours before I finally said forget it and went to sleep because I wake up early for work. I wake up this morning to a soaking wet soggy bag sitting on my sidewalk out front. Not even on my porch. If someone could reach out about this and refund me for this order I'd really appreciate. There is no option to do so through the app.

Don't you hate ordering online, and getting a pickup time. Arriving at said pickup time. To still have to wait for food to be prepared. At a location with zero customers in the lobby?? Does that make sense?!? For the standing around employees to say they just received the ticket. Which would be an impossibility because the ticket printer is visible, posted right above the sandwich station. So its entirely impossible for you to just now receive ticket because I can literally see the ticket already up there. Plus the ticket has a timestamp. This location sucks so bad. For a restaurant to actually advertise how fast they are, and to still have to wait. Is unbelievably bad freaky service. I'm out. Won't be back!!! Subs aren't even that good!!

Service keeps getting worse and worse every time I order something is missing or it's 30 minutes or more later than expected, which usually I can't eat because I'm working, this is the last time I will be ordering because they have failed too many times.

Jimmy Johns is known for having excellent sandwiches, I know this because I’ve been to different Jimmy Johns in many different states. THIS Jimmy John’s however seems to hire soulless employees who are functioning on Low Power Mode.I remember the days when you used to be able to go to any restaurant or even fast food joint and get the typical “Hi, how are you today, welcome to ________. What can I get started for you today? Yes, we have _______! Would you like to add ________? Oh, we don’t actually serve ________ but _________ is a great alternative!”The employees of this location can’t even put a fake smile on their face and will just grumble and grimace with any word that comes out of your mouth. I don’t need employees to wipe my *** or even give a **** about me, but at least have the courtesy to take an order without displaying what a great inconvenience I’m being by ordering from your restaurant.

What happen to the sandwich rolls? When did they get soooooo narrow. It could barely fit any sandwich ingredients. But the price was still the same? Yeah, won't be doing that again.
I asked before I ordered: "Can I get just vinegar on a sandwich?" and they said yes. I said great, I always ask first because some locations refuse, thank you. They say "no problem". But then when they make the sandwich they put oil. I didn't ask for oil, I didn't want oil with a tiny bit of vinegar in it, I wanted JUST vinegar and that is why I asked ahead of time, politely, and clearly. They asked "do you want us to remake it without?". No, but that one is fine if you just add a little vinegar without oil for me. "No, sorry, we can't do that".Come on, it's not that hard, the vinegar is RIGHT THERE on the shelf behind you, that's why I asked clearly BEFORE I ORDERED, for "JUST vinegar" ??Why do you make it hard/refuse for no good reason? It was a small simple request and I asked nicely. What's wrong with people these days? Why can't you just be a tiny bit flexible, just say yes, and we can all have a nice day?
